👤The low number of reviews made me hesitant to buy. I gave it a chance because of the positive reviews and the fact that it was a good price point for a metal pot. I can't say anything else. This is a beautiful pot. It's easy to use and clean, and it works perfectly. I made my first Moka Pot coffee this morning and it blew me away. If you're not sure about buying a Moka Pot or this specific one, then you should. Look no further. If you buy this pot, you'll be happy. Excited to cut down on my purchases. It's a good thing.

👤The pot was made of aluminum but that is no longer relevant since the pot has begun to rust.

👤I used to make aluminum makers. I had an itch over consuming aluminum. I'm called superstituous. The gray painted coating on the bottom half of the aluminum makers worked its way up into the top portion. I was freaked out. This bad boy was found by me. WooHoo! This is the best one I have ever owned. It's a great gift for fathers day. It's a good idea to not fill up the funnel filter with espresso too high. It's all you need to level it out. There is a Right away, remove the heat. It will make the typical noise when espresso is made to the top half. Right away, drink your espresso. The top half of the glemming is given a quick rinse with water. When not in the kitchen, set the espresso maker somewhere else. I rinse everything with ease after I clean the espresso grounds with a light tap. Everything on this is made of STAINLESS. This should last a long time, but I am not sure what the warranty is. The filter has a spring around the bottom funnel, so you don't need to pry it out when cleaning. It pops up. It makes about 10 ounces of espresso. When I was a kid, I used to add a few ounces of hot sweetened Condensed Milk to the brew before pouring it. I've been drinking espresso since I was 4 years old. My grandfather gave me a treat with the sweet milk and toast, but I didn't have money for Oreos.

👤The traditional pots are cheaper than the aluminum ones, but I didn't want an aluminum version because of the oxidation. The pot makes perfect Cuban coffee. I have a glass/induction stove top that works great on high heat. I threw away the coffee to get rid of the smells. I let the coffee sit there for a while. It did the trick. I like the spring in the coffee maker so I don't try to get it out of it. It's easy to clean.

👤I looked for the manufacturer country before buying. I bought the unit without this information because it looked better built than other units in the same price range and it had a name that looked to be german. I tried to find out where it was made after buying it, but it wasn't possible. The boiler pot is made from a different type of steel than the finished one. I gave the pot 5 stars because it is easy to clean and use, and provides great flavor, thanks to the coffee and water. I have been using this pot for a few weeks and I am happy with the purchase. The product is great for the price.

2. IMUSA B120 60006 Electric Coffee 3 6 Cup

IMUSA B120 60006 Electric Coffee 3 6 Cup

You can choose the portion: 3 or 6-Cups. Easy on/off switch with base for easy serving. A container is used to monitor the entire process. It takes less than 10 minutes to make fresh espresso. The replacement filter and gasket were sold separately. Can only be used in the USA under the 120V standard.

Brand: Imusa

👤The coffe is the worst I have ever tried. It is the second one that I have bought and every time I try to make a leak from the base, it is dangerous because it is electric. You will regret buying this coffe maker.

👤I made coffee about 8 times and every time it didn't make anything, the water spilled or the water leaked, but it made 6. Small cups. The machine is not good.

👤The aluminum in the bottom makes you wonder what is going into your body. Someone should make a good electric one.

👤The electric moka pot I bought was suppose to be the second highest rated on the market. It is not. It is garbage. I know how to operate a moka pot. I read through the instructions if they changed something. I know it is not a user error. I think they sent me a refurbished product. I had a cheap moka pot that made better coffee. The design is so poor that water pours out the bottom as well as from the top, it produces weak watery coffee and the yield is so small it barely fills the pot a third of the way. When you open the pot, hot water spills onto your hand from the steam in the lid and it's poorly designed. Don't buy this rap!

👤I bought two of them. One for myself and one for my aunt. I gave hers while she was away, but it was too late for her to return. Hers didn't work immediately. It worked well and made me a week's worth of espresso. I returned to my kitchen counter to check on my espresso this morning. I cleaned up and thought maybe I messed up the top. I did not watch it this time. The base piece had water coming out of it. So sad! I have to return to my coffee machine until I find a good espresso. I was thinking of going to old school.

👤I have been using Imusa's stove top 6 cup pot for about a year and have been using several brands of this style brew for over 30 years. I bought the electric brew so I could take it with me when I travel. It is not a six cup as advertised, it is more of a seven or eight cup, and it is heavier and bulkier than the stove top version, to be expected since it is electric. Imusa decided to make the top plastic instead of using their original design and just adding the electric boiler, which is not interchangeable. It uses more water and coffee. I am very pleased with the purchase, even though I would have liked a slightly smaller version, but I would recommend it.

👤My husband bought this to save money by not going to the stores. He says that he feels like he's going to break it and that this feels kind of chintzy. It can be difficult to get everything done right. He tells me that it feels chinsy and that I'm always afraid that it's going to bust because the kids are around if something isn't right. We haven't had an issue with that yet. He was able to get it to work. He likes the coffee that comes from it and it is very strong. It's too strong that I don't like it. My husband does.

3. Espressione EM 1040 Stainless Machine Espresso

Espressione EM 1040 Stainless Machine Espresso

There are safety features. The lever allows for easy pouring and the handle is flame retardant. The internal pressure of this pot is regulated by the safety valve. You can brew coffee or make a latte in one unit. It works with either ground coffee or espresso. The 19 bar pump is from Italy. Coffee, espressos and cappuccinos can be made with the pre-brewing function. The electronic temperature control has a knob, 4 buttons, and 2 blue lamps. If the water tank is empty, the electronic level detection will shut off the brew. The thermoblock is made of die-cast aluminum with a steel tube.

Brand: Espressione

👤I wish I was writing a good review about this coffee combo. I was horrified that it wasn't a good product. If they have one thing going for them, this coffee maker is gorgeous. It is a Swiss brand, so you think it is a good product, but it is not. UNFORTUNATELY! I got it on December 4th and it was beautiful, but the expresso didn't work for a month. Amazon tried to contact them but they had no luck. I tried to contact the company, but couldn't. I had to return the machine because it tasted bad in my mouth. I really wish it was a good machine. I would. Write a good review. Don't waste your time and money if the company doesn't change what's wrong.

👤The machine is easy to use. I only had it for a few days. I enjoy making espresso and steamed milk. Only one function can be used at a time. Making espresso or steaming milk. Only one! The water tanks have to heat up separately for each function. I have to pull espresso shots and change the function button on the machine to heat the steamer wand. I would like to steam milk while espresso is being made. The coffee burner can't be on during other functions. This is inconvenient. Considering getting a more sophisticated machine.

👤I love coffee machines. I was not sure after reading some of the reviews. I have had a lot of coffee pots and espresso machines, so I figured I could figure it out or send it back. It is a great combo. My husband drinks Americanos and I like my coffee in the afternoon. It took some trial and error to figure it out. If I still have coffee in the pot to drink, we turn the coffee pot switch back on. You need to make sure you have enough water in the container, and then warm up the machine while you put coffee grounds in the espresso filter. Attach the espresso filter after the light stops blinking. It works perfect every time. If you want steam or hot water, make sure your esspresso filter is not still attached, as pressure builds up and when you take it off coffee grounds come out a little forcefully. I am very happy with this machine combo. I live full time in my RV and it fits perfectly. I look forward to making cups. One thing that was on a few of the reviews was that the coffee carafe does dribble, but it's simple to fix.

👤The machine can't work until the light goes out, so expresso can be made, if it takes 10 minutes or more to go off. The money machine has been returned because it took 1 hour to make 6 cups of expresso. Coffee is not hot enough on the coffee side.

👤Less than a year after purchase, the work stopped on July 17th. Hope to update this with customer service information. The product is okay, but the carafe does not pour well. I used to own a coffee shop and the espresso function is hard to figure out. Amazon did not help me. I don't have the time to deal with this, so I will just be on to a new pot by a different manufacturer. I buy everything on line, so it's hard to say.

4. Primula PES 4604 Stovetop Espresso Stainless

Primula PES 4604 Stovetop Espresso Stainless

The espresso machine has a portafilter and astainless steel filter. The glass cup and milk picther are not included. If you are dissatisfied with their product, please contact them so they can help you. 18/10 steel For use with gas or electric stovetops. The method of espresso making in Italy. A dishwasher safe with a large handle.

Brand: Primula

👤I have owned this for almost 13 months. It worked well. The handle on the stove came off as I removed it. Just like that. I did not get hurt, but I could easily have. It's not clear how the handle was attached, but it looks like a couple of cheap spot welds. I'd be cautious of this item, you could end up pouring boiling coffee on yourself.

👤I am going to write a review when I get my second espresso maker. We have used this at least once a day for the past 15 months, and have been completely satisfied with the espresso it makes. It is intentional for those who complain about a bit of water left in the bottom to do so. If there is no water left, you should leave it on the heat. We buy espresso grind coffee and tap the side of the filter to settle it, but have never tried to suck it down. If you want the creme to start bubbling, you need to remove it from the heat. We have two larger Cuisinox pots, and I think the Primula is just as good as the Cuisinox pots. I wouldn't use this on a wood stove for those who want to. I would be concerned about the handle. I would choose a Cuisinox with a handle made of steel. I don't use soap to clean the inside as I prefer to let it develop a patina, but I do use a tap against the sink to loosen any sludge that may have accumulated. The health benefits of the STAINLESS over aluminum made us switch to these pots about 6 years ago.

👤When I am away from home, I can still have my morning espresso. There is one word of caution. The handle and thumb lever are soldered on. That was not a problem for me. My husband tends to screw the bottom on with more force than is necessary to create the seal. He used the handle and thumb rest to break both of them when he wanted to take the pot apart for re-use or cleaning. My advice is to only tighten the bottom on until a seal is made and never use the handle to remove it. It is only for transporting the pot and pouring the contents from it. The entire pot is very durable if it is cared for this way.

👤I just bought this item and am looking forward to a great coffee. I wanted an expresso maker for my coffee maker because of the difference in taste. I made my first coffee after following all the instructions. I own a gas stove. It was used low to medium heat. The bottom of the coffee maker turned a copper color, and that was the first thing I noticed. I got steel because it is better quality, but I would have never thought it would happen. I have pots made of steel and they have never been used. I am not sure why this coffee maker reacted this way. I tried baking soda, but it didn't work. The top portion is fine and the bottom is copper. It looks terrible and does not feel safe.

Brand: Primula

👤On our last vacation, we needed to order another espresso maker because our last one was borrowed and never returned. I have been making espresso for over 30 years and have learned a thing or two that may help others. The 6 cup model we purchased is the same size as the 3 cup model, but it will be smaller. Make sure you use it clean and espresso beans are ground to a fine consistency. Nobody wants a weak espresso if you don't grind the beans to a fine consistency. Make sure the seal is clean. I use a light film of food grade lube called Petrol Gel, that helps make a perfect seal without having to over tighten. You can add a light coating to the screw area if you do a thorough cleaning. You add the correct ammount of water. Don't heat it on the highest setting. It can be used on medium heat with either electric stove or gas. When you see it start steaming, turn off the heat and let it do its thing for a few minutes. Thank you! You made your first espresso. There is a If you like Vannila Syrup or International delight, please let us know. Try to only do 2 second pours of a maximum of 3 flavors, with about 4 ounces of steamed milk. You will never go to Starbuck's again. If I helped you, please let me know so I can see if people are actually reading my reviews. Have a great day and thank you.

👤I love my red dress. It makes a large cup of coffee. It barely has room for cream in my mug. They must mean espresso shots. This is for people who like piping hot, single cup of coffee and putting hair on their chest. You can reduce the strength of the coffee by putting less coffee grounds. Very versatile. It looks great sitting out on the stove and taking up very little room. It's easy to clean. It takes a bit of skill to use it. If you don't use it correctly, there will be problems. It's a challenge to let the parts dry completely after washing. If you put it in a sealed container, you could end up with a metal smell. There are two more The color will change with use. I've used this red one over 90 times and the red on the bottom is starting to turn a bit brassy. Character! After a year of use, my last one got discolored and it wasn't as pretty. I got a new one. I don't think $20 a year is a big deal. It gets very hot. I let my first one cook on the stove for 30 minutes and then had the handle melt off. This is not a "set it and forget it" appliance. If you want to avoid overheating the pot, you can add boiling water to the base, then add coffee, screw on the top tightly and set it over the burner to brew. It will be ready in 30 seconds. If the burner/flame is too big, you risk heating the sides as much as the bottom, and if it is too small, you risk heating the base. I boil the water in the base first, then add the coffee and twist on the top, because my smallest burner is larger than the pot. The biggest mistake people make with these is burning the coffee and the plastic parts. Coffee will run down the side unless you pour it slowly, and this pot leaks when you pour it. The small spout and lid don't create a water-tight seal. It was not designed to be dumped into your mug in 2 seconds. Take a moment to smell the coffee and pour it into your mug. If you do it that way, I guarantee no spills. Enjoy!

Try it with your coffee cups.

Brand: Grosche

👤The product is misrepresented as being of very high quality. It turns out to be very thin steel. It is not worth the higher cost compared to machines under $35. If you want a stovetop espresso maker that is of the best quality, you will need to pay around $100, and Cuisinox makes some of the best ones. The latter are everything they are represented to be.

👤I really wanted to like this. I thought it would be high quality, but it has some flaws. I will start with the pros. It is easy to put it together. It makes enough for 2 cups of coffee in the morning. It is hard to clean 2. The first 5 uses of the lid's hinge resulted in it breaking. 3. The top portion of the coffee doesn't keep it warm. The second cup is already cold by the time I finish my first cup. 4. The inside of my house doesn't seem to be made of steel, it has stains that can't be cleaned. 5. The handle gets hot. I burnt my hand the first time I used it, so I didn't expect this.

👤This little espresso maker is very cute. I use it every day and I am very happy with my purchase. I was shopping for a while before I decided on this one. The maker is very good, I got the steel. Nice craftsmanship, heavy weight. It is so cute sitting on the stove. Customer service is amazing, even though an item is worth the price. I had an issue that I reached out to the Grosche team for and received a response and resolution within 12 hours. It's rare to be polite to your customers these days. Awesome product and people! Buy it!

👤I bought a moka pot to make my own espresso at home because I had never used one before. It's easy to clean and I've been happy with it. I got the one that was made from the metal because I heard about cooking with aluminum. I think the aluminum ones are a lot cuter, but this one is perfectly attractive. I heat the water to 200 degrees before pouring it into the coffee pot. It gets hot quickly and that makes it difficult to screw on the top half. To get around this, I place the base on a hot pad and use a Silicone mitt to hold it steady while I screw the top on. It's inconvenient but works well.

👤I owned a bialetti 6-cup. I guess I had gotten used to it. The coffee wasn't coming up through the spout in the correct fashion so the aluminum filter had to be changed. I bought the steel GROSCHE instead of replacing it. I don't think the steel filter will ever need to be changed. My coffee is no longer bitter. The wide mouth makes it easier to clean, as I can stir with any spoon. The craftsmanship and look of this moka pot is very impressive. It would definitely!

7. Gevi Professional Cappuccino Stainless Removable

Gevi Professional Cappuccino Stainless Removable

The Gevi espresso machine has a 20 bar professional pump and 1350W powerful motor, which ensures the best espresso. You could change your amount of espresso by pressing the single/ short cup button and double/long cup button. The machine comes with a steam wand, it is convenient to make espresso at home or office. The froth nozzle makes it easy to clean. A pressure gauge shows you the precise pressure and helps you extract the perfect espresso. TheHOT WATER FUNCTION To warm cups prior to making espresso, use for long black coffee, hot drinks such as tea, instant soups and to warm cups. There is a deceptive warning. The machine needs to be kept clean. The machine will warn you when the water tank is out of water and stop the brew if you don't add water.

Brand: Gevi

👤It is stylish, good, but with one flaw. The coffee runs down the side of the pot and creates a mess when it drips. I have to wipe the pot with a dry towel before pouring because the fluid build up below the pot pour lip seems to cause this. That can be a problem. I like everything about the coffee maker and it's not a deal breaker. When the pot is full and fast, a slower pour is the best way to avoid drips.

👤The IDEAL coffee maker is small and does not take much counter space. The 'rain sprinkler water head', which distributes water evenly over the entire coffee grounds in the pot, makes for more delicious tasting coffee, and it's easy to clean after making a pot. The most delicious coffee you'll ever taste is all of that. This is the best coffee maker you will ever own, for a quick cup of coffee any time of the day.

👤It makes great coffee. It was very easy to use. I am worried about the filter. It feels flimsy, but no problems yet. I don't want to poke my finger through it. I am satisfied other than that. I put it up before I go to sleep. The coffee is waiting for me when I press the on/off button in the morning. It is not easy to be easier than that. I do not need a coffee maker. I don't get up the same time every day. It takes 7 minutes to make 2 mugs. It was perfect.

👤The 5-cup maker is the perfect size for me. I drink five cups a day to keep me going. The flavor of the Gevi is not as good as that of the Keurig. The Gevi is quieter than the Pod maker. The Gevi was similar to my Keurig. It is almost silent during the process. Only at the end do you hear the whooshing of the final moments of the brew cycle. There is no comparison in the taste department. I didn't use cheap coffeepods in the Keurig so it wasn't a "cheap-out" on my part. The Gevi gives me excellent coffee. I've tried a number of different Starbuck's Roasts and a number of different Dunkin Donuts Roasts. Death Wish coffee is my favorite coffee. It's expensive but also has a lot of energy. The final noise at the end of the brew cycle serves the same purpose as the beep at the end. I was going to go for a programmable until I realized that I don't necessarily get up at the same time every morning. I keep the Gevi in my home office whenever I need it. I would recommend this coffee maker to anyone looking for a 4 to 5 cup brew. The carafe will dribble if you pour too fast, but I have not had a problem with it. Don't do that, it's an easy solution. I have nothing to base that on except for other comments. I have bumped it on the sink a few times. It had a permanent filter. The perm filter should not be used with the paper filters. The cost vs quality ratio is great.

8. Bialetti Induction Stovetop Suitable Induction

Bialetti Induction Stovetop Suitable Induction

The components included are Moka, filter, gasket. Moka Induction is the first Moka that is suitable for use on induction hobs, with an aluminum upper part, the same material as the classic Moka Express, and a STAINLESS STEEL boiler. The inventor of the original Moka Express pot, Bialetti, is the creator of the new Moka Induction, and it is recognizable by the one and only gentleman with a moustache. If you fill the boiler up to the safety valve, close the moka pot and place it on the stove, as soon as Moka Induction starts to gurgle, turn the fire off and coffee will be poured. Coffee can be enjoyed in Espresso Cups or larger containers, but only one size for each need. The Bialetti Moka Induction must only be washed with simple water and not with detergent or the dishwasher, as it damages the product and the taste of your coffee.

Brand: Bialetti

👤This moka pot is needed. I drink espresso more like a cup of American coffee and wanted to upgrade from 3 to 6 cups or 1 "American" cup to 2. Bialetti was made in Italy. I decided to go for this because I wanted the quality to be as good as the Italian product. The filters, basket, boiler, and pot are all made in Italy. The boiler and pot are made of heavy steel and aluminum. I thought the boiler would take a while to heat up, but on a gas stove flame, it comes to a boil in a few minutes. Two cups of coffee were made. I rinse the parts with water, wipe the interior of the boiler and pot of coffee, and then spiff up the boiler with a dish towel to wipe off water stains and maintain its shine. I thought I was paying too much for a moka pot, but the product construction, materials, aesthetic, boil speed, taste, and knowledge make it worth it.

👤A really good cup of coffee. If you count the time to heat the water, it takes just a couple minutes on my cookplate. The grounds can be composted. The only downside is that it takes quite a while to cool off, so it takes a while to clean and reload. If you need to brew faster than one pot can handle, you can get two or three of these pots. I have been using this daily for three months and have seen a lot of rust andcorrosion inside the lower pot. They come back after the next use.

👤Very poor quality item. All around the base, it was Dented. This thing is not made in Italy. The quality from Bialetti has gone down hill. I would expect to find better quality in some off brand sold at Ross.

👤It makes a great coffee. There is no problem there. The design of the top causes it to dribble out around the opening. It makes a mess every time. You can open the lid with your other hand. Frustrating. The base is circular. If you have a weak grip or your hands are wet, you can't open it. Standard Bialettis are easier to open. It is the only 8 oz total pour for this size Moka. If you want to make more than one cup, go with the next size up. This guy is made in under two minutes on my stove.

👤Since it showed up at my door, this poor pot has been going nonstop. It is quicker to use and produce better coffee than my $500 espresso machine. We have a milk frother as well. I got this version because we have a gas range and a side counter top that is used for side work. The little pot is happy either way. It will boil over quickly if the heat is turned up too much. If that pressure valve goes, you should turn it down a bit. It's the best morning ritual I've done since college days of cold pizza and warm beer.

9. Bialetti 06661 Espresso Coffee Stainless

Bialetti 06661 Espresso Coffee Stainless

These stovetop coffee makers are an ideal gift and come with a bonus pair of sleek, smil-steel cups which will keep your coffee hot for longer. Coffee for 2? It's saluti! Makes 6 espresso cups. Appx 12 ounces total. The construction is made of steel. The bakelite handle has extra wide reach. It is suitable for use on gas stove tops. dishwasher safe parts

Brand: Bialetti

👤Why paid so much for an Italian brand that was made in China. The box was made in China. The lid was out of level. The inside of the top part is made of cheaper material that is hard to clean and can build up residuals. There were scratches to a new product in the box. It's time to return asap.

👤We bought this cat in July of last year and it is already rusted. Very disagreeable.

👤I replaced my aluminum Bialetti pots with the new stainless steel pot. The pot should last a long time. It took longer and longer to brew a pot of coffee after 9 months. I ordered replacement gasket for the pot as it became more noticeable. I replaced them as soon as I got them. The pot will no longer keep a sufficient seal for making coffee because of the repeated screw/unscrewing of the pot. I continued using the pot and eventually it wouldn't complete the cycle. The style of the pot is similar to the one I found, but it doesn't screw together, it has two posts that you fit the top over, lock it down, and it creates a hermetic seal. I don't expect this Bialetti pot to last long if you use it every single day, but it is very suitable for a beginner to mocha pots.

👤I bought the 6 cup Bialetti back in January of 2015, and we still use it everyday. We had to replace the rubber gasket between the base and pitcher for the first time, but it was not bad for daily use. The machine is very easy to use. I usually do a lot of reading before buying something. We have not had any problems with the handle, but I make sure it is not over the heat source. We have used this with a coil type stove, glass top stove, induction stove and gas...it works great with all of them. The fine grind makes it into the pot and into the cup, as someone else said in the q&a. If you don't like courser grind, use a capresso machine that grinds and pressure brews automatically, a French one, I was very addicted to coffee and to let you know what this little thing is competing with is a capresso machine that grinds and If it's too strong for guests, the six cup pot will brew about two Americano mugs, but we like our coffee strong and we play hard with our five kids. We put some water in the cup. The little machine has no paper filters and is great for compost. If you are looking for a coffee pot that is durable and portable, I highly recommend this one. We have used it at the house, camping, in the RV and just about anywhere we go. When we hand wash it and put it in the dish washer, we usually get it ready the night before, and then we turn the stove on and start our normal routine. This has been a great purchase for us. That's right.

10. Bialetti Stovetop Producing Crema Rich Espresso

Bialetti Stovetop Producing Crema Rich Espresso

We back this up with a lifetime guarantee because they love and take pride in their moka pot. If there are ever any issues with this product, please contact them and they will make it right. This product will live up to your expectations if you order now. If it does not, they have your back. Chances are, you won't need to reach out. Bialetti Brikka is the only stovetop coffeemaker that can deliver an intense and crema-rich espresso coffee. Bialetti is the inventor of the original Moka pot and the new Bialetti is made in Europe. The easiest way to prepare coffee is to use the measuring cup, fill the boiler with water, put the filter back, add coffee, close the pot and wait for the coffee to be fully extract. Coffee can be enjoyed in espresso cups or in larger containers, but the right number of cups is important. If you have an insturment cooktop at home, you will need to buy the Bialetti plate for insturment.

Brand: Bialetti

👤This is not your nonna's Bialetti. This is the second Bialetti brikka that I have owned, and I am reviewing it here. The quality of products made in Italy by Bialetti has suffered immensely since they stopped making them. I have purchased two of these in the last year and a half. The first time I received a brikka, it was a mess, with many shards of aluminum all over the pot. I received a new one after returning it. The replacement lasted about a year before it became faulty. I ordered the new Brikka because I wanted to avoid any issues with the original one. I found more shards of aluminum, a dirty gasket, and smudges on the filter after removing the pot from the barely closed box. ma no grazie. Bialetti is now a Made in Romania product. I will have to buy a true espresso machine. Che vergogna.

👤The moka pot is great. The price was lowered one week after I received it. Put it in your cart and watch the price. You can't get to a real person when you call the customer service number. Only the phone call. Don't buy it if it's over $55.

👤It is possible to get both good flavor and texture with this simple pot. If you stick with 120ml of water, the volume in the upper chamber will be too high and the air will ruin the crema. You need to adjust the heat during the brew to make it taste better. I recommend medium high flame until the kettle stops making noise. To allow hot water to sit with grounds, reduce the heat slightly. When you see the coffee coming out of the spout, move the flame to high heat. The coffee begins to brew as the pot is removed from the flame. One large shot will be produced by the four cup kettle.

👤It doesn't make crema like an espresso machine, but it does cost less. A good cup of coffee at home is richer and more intense than a normal moka pot. Bialetti knows what they're doing.

👤I ordered this item twice and it came apart.

👤I am very impressed. My coffee was delicious. I will post a picture of my espresso tomorrow. It produced a lot of crema, which is not something you can achieve with an average moka pot.

👤This is the best Moka pot I have ever owned. The engineering of the pot and valve makes cafe froth and makes it difficult to hijack the brewing process. It has an opening in the top that allows you to watch the brew without having to open the lid. The black base is what makes the pot shine. This pot is perfect for Moka lovers.

👤I've been using moka pot for decades. I didn't cross the Deleware with a Bialetti on my knee, but I did find some nice things around the moka river. The relief valve on the Brikka is beefed up and it has a system built in to build higher pressure than a regular pot. I've never made a coffee that was as good as the one I get at the Brikka. It's perfect for making milk-based drinks. This is stovetop espresso, but it isn't the same as a shot at a coffee bar. It is rich, has no bitterness, and will leave the edge of your cup lined with crema. Bialetti's build quality is good.

Brand: Sixaquae

👤It was a glass moka pot, but I can't recommend it. It makes a good cup of coffee, but I have had it for a short time and it broke. The handle came off while I was washing it. Pictures are included. Within five uses, the bottom section became discolored and rusted. This means that it is not possible to be a piece of steel. I liked it while it lasted.

👤The pot is made of glass. I've had fun showing it off to friends and they love it! A great cup of coffee. There is a The quality of the steel in this pot is excellent. A lot of the "stainless steel" pots available have a terrible cheap metal smell to them when used. I ran the water through the others. I didn't make coffee. The pot does not smell, off-gas or make a cup of coffee.

👤The second day was heating up.

👤I like that it's contemporary and not classic. The top is made from glass. The espresso cup sizes are not the American coffee cup sizes. It makes a cup of coffee in less than 5 minutes. It works on both gas and electric stovetops. If you use a gas stovetop, place the coffee maker on a low flame. I use freshly ground beans which I believe are the key to releasing the aromas and flavors of great coffee beans. Cleaning is very easy. Although you can put a Moka Pot in the dishwasher, some say it shortens the life-span so quick hand wash will be ideal. Highly recommended.

👤I use this to make my coffee in the mornings because it doesn't love me back. It is a glass top. I can see when the espresso is ready. There is no leaking and it is a good fit. I didn't know how small this was. I should have known that they meant six espresso cups. It is good for two people.

👤I ordered the same product from my local marshall's, but with a smaller pot, because I wanted the same product. I would say it is not working consistently. When it builds up pressure, instead of going through coffee, it's released through a release valve, which causes it to burst open and cause coffee to splatter all over my stove. Coffee making is sometimes lacking when it works, but glass container is a good idea, and it works perfect when it works. I have used it a couple of times and cannot return it, so I put it away and started using my bigger mocka pot.

👤The coffee maker was good. It's easy to clean up. It doesn't make expresso, however. The expresso machine makes pressure about 15-20. Water stays in the boiler after coffee is made. Coffee quality and quantity affect the flavor. The coffee maker's price is too high.

👤I don't want you to compare this product to a 2000 dollar espresso machine, I used a low temp set of 400 and it took me about 4 minutes to make espresso.
