Continuously monitored water temperature and controlled flow rates ensure efficiency and consistent performance within 1 degree of selected temperature EcoSmart tankless electric water heaters are smaller than traditional tank heaters and can be installed on the wall or at the point of use. EcoSmart tankless electric water heaters are 99% thermal energy efficient and only heat water when called, unlike a tank heater that maintains water temperature even when not used. The Department of Energy says you can save up to 50% on water heating costs. Refer to the sizing map for EcoSmart ECO 27. It requires 3x40 Amp Double Pole Breaker and a 27 kilo watt electric water heater, which is ideal for providing hot water for whole home applications, and provides between 2.7 and 6.5 gallons-per-minute depending on the inlet water temperature. There is a limited lifetime warranty on electronics, exchanger and element. The required quantity is three 40 Amp double pole. 200 Amps is the recommended electrical panel.
👤I have had two issues with this unit over the past four years. Yesterday, a pin hole opened up and caused some sheetrock damage. They declined my warranty request because my water was hard and I am supposed to do annual maintenance on the unit. Be aware of the facts.
👤Many people have posted inaccurate information about this unit and the entire product line. First thing, RTFM. All of us would do well to check EcoSmart before posting bad information, as they provide a wealth of information online. I have two of these units, one for domestic hot water and the other for our whole house hot water baseboard system. Some information is hard to find and can't be found online. I will focus on these areas. The unit has a rated power of 27KW. It is three separate 9KW heaters that operate in series and in sequence. The unit will not provide more heat than the load requires. Each individual heater requires a dedicated circuit rated at 40 Amps and provided via #8 wire. The total system load for each unit is 112.50 Amps. The person that tries to operate this unit off of a main breaker deserves what he gets. We can get away with it because we have ours connected to our main 150 service, and we can operate everything else with the available 37.5 Amps if the heating is running full load. Each internal unit requires a separate, dedicated 40 Amp circuit, equalling a total of three separate #8 wire circuits. I hope I made it clear. 3 copper pipes are cross connected in a series and are used for the heat exchanger inside the heater. There are sections of copper. There is a flow restriction, but it is not as radical as some of the reviews would have us believe. Some reviewers have said that their hot water is not hot. I've been in this unit for a long time. If your hot water only dribbles, it's time to clean your pipes or replace your valves. We have not been able to see a loss of flow in our house. It is difficult to find the upper temperature limit, but it is out there if you do your homework. 140 is the hard upper limit in the mode. EcoSmart states that this is not a limitation of the unit, but a safety limitation to minimize the chance of someone getting hot. EcoSmart supports hot water heating and even provides plumbing diagrams. They won't tell you how to get 160 or 180 degree water. There are internal jumpers in the heater that allow you to limit the maximum output temperature to 105 degrees, and it is also possible to set a wattage limit across the 3 heating elements. The factory setting is 140 degrees. output The jumper strip has a number marked "180" at the top. When power is restored, place a jumper on the two pins and the unit will allow a set point of up to 180 degrees. The older oil fired boilers used a setpoint of 200 degrees, which is why most hot water heating systems operate in the 160 degree area. Poor performance of most baseboard hot water systems and newer hydronic systems could be caused by a heater with an upper limit of 140 degrees. We replaced an old oil fired boiler with the ECO 27 and placed the setpoint at 160. I dropped the setpoint to 150 until we get into the dead of winter because of the amazing performance. It's nice to know that we have a reserve. EcoSmart gives a lot of information about this unit. People can't get their heads around a lot of what's available. The best way to heat the water is by 46 degrees. If you want a shower that is at least 120 degrees, you need incoming water of at least 64 degrees. If you live in an area with a water source that is 50 degrees or less, you will get 96 degree showers. A low-flow shower head is the obvious solution. This unit can give you a shower with a temperature of over 100 degrees. This unit will provide the full 140 degree setpoint with 50 degree incoming water. Incoming water of at least 114 degrees is required for boiler service. The unit is loafing along while providing 160 degree water to the baseboard units, which is not uncommon in most hot water heating systems. Most standard hot water heating systems have a design of either 1 or 4 gallons per minute. The temperature rise chart from EcoSmart shows that a temperature rise of 184 degrees is possible. Most hot water systems operate with a differential of 17 degrees or less. Being able to maintain the differential is more important than the temperature setpoint. We need 163 degree water for a 180 degree output. We only need a max of 10 GPM, but at a mere 17 degree rise, this heater can flow well beyond 6 GPM. of 4 gallons per minute. It is a perfect solution for boiler service. It is small and smart. This unit is capable of 92,000 BTU/HR, so if you're considering it for hot water baseboard or hydronic service, it's worth a look. This is the largest electric tankless available. The largest electric tankless is 36kw. To set the record straight. I give this unit 5 stars. Technical support, price and reliability are all right there. The unit comes with a lifetime warranty. Cleaning and maintenance can be accomplished with aPhillips screwdriver. The unit is so small and lightweight that I carried it into the house and didn't say a word. I didn't know I'd done this until days later. The unit is waterproof and supports a remote thermostat. The little remote is perfect for a location next to your sink or shower. We are a household of 3 adults and all of them do the same things. I have been able to cause the heater to fail by running the tub wide open. I have not heard a single complaint in any other situation where two showers at once, someone in the shower, someone else doing laundry, etc. I've never heard anyone say it's better to have a long shower or not have to wait. My wife used to complain about no hot water for the dishes because I took a long shower. This unit is self-modulating. People who have reported lights flickering and their TV having problems need to look at their house wiring. The unit starts softly, like turning on a light dimmer. There are no lights in this house. The only way to tell if the unit is running is to look at it. When the unit is on, the display is only lighted. The energy savings are not to be overlooked. Even if you're on vacation, a tank heater will keep a tank full of hot water. The tankless does nothing if it senses water flow. EcoSmart units won't send hot water to the faucets that are leaking. The minimum amount of water needed to start the unit is just over a gallon. Hope this helps to get accurate information posted. Dave.

👤The heating pad was on my back. Customer service is not responding. I was laying on the heating pad wondering why it wasn't getting hot and I felt a zap across my back. I scratched my back when I got up and thought I had been stung by a bug. When I got out of the shower, I noticed a line on my back. The line in the middle was much hotter than the rest. This heating pad is very weak and I think it happened because the rest of the heating pad couldn't get warm enough and the electricity came through one line and burnt my back. I am not sure if this is a product that is prone to malfunction or if it is just a sporadic accident waiting to happen. I cannot trust this product and I want to warn everyone that it can put you in danger, either way customer service hasn't gotten back to me. Imagine if it wasn't my back. My blanket caught on fire. Someone from Pure Enrichment should see this and contact me about the issue.
👤It stopped working on May 1st. It worked well, but it turned off randomly almost every time I used it, but I could turn it back on. It appears to work by the control but not generating heat. It still doesn't after all the plugs have been reset. The 30 day return policy expired 25 days ago, so I will revisit this posting and update on the repair process. The seller replaced me quickly and so far so good. I am very happy with the customer service and the product. Thanks. I will re-post if there is a change within a month or two.
👤This is the best heating pad I have ever owned. It is soft to the touch and not made out of plastic. It has a long cord. The heating pad is very hot. I can't get a heating pad to get hot enough for me. I have to keep it around 4. Within a minute, you can feel heat in it. The heat is uniform so it isn't like a hot spot when you turn it on. I would buy this brand again. Don't spend your time and money on other brands. It is well worth the investment.
👤I used the heating pad that I received. The bag was missing and the box was open. The cord was not held together by a twist tie. I would have expected a new heating pad after spending this amount of money.
👤The heating pad is made well but it doesn't get hot, 6 is the highest setting, and it is medium warm at best, I ordered this because of the great reviews I read, but it doesn't get hot, 6 is the highest setting, and it is medium warm I threw the box away before I tried it because I was shocked that it only got warm.
👤The pad should create enough heat for everyone. It produces between 100 and 104 degrees of surface heat in the open air when lying on a table. In the video below, I moved the thermometer across the edges and across the surface. I think I went off the edge of the heating elements in a few places. It is not very different in temperature. If you wrap your body with a heating pad, you are likely to find it to be uncomfortably hot. I took a photo of the heating pad while it was sitting on my coffee table. The route of the heating wires is shown in red. The temperature in the center is about 104 degrees F and it is warm at the first row of perforations. You can look at the different colors to see if there is a temperature uniformity. The temperature range is represented by each color. This pad is larger than most heating pads. I like the soft brown velour surface of this. The extra size helps me to wrap it around my neck and shoulders.
There is a full-body relief. The heating pad provides targeted heat therapy to help bring relief to sore muscles and ease muscle tension for large muscles. A rapidly heating pad with an ergonomics LCD controller and 6 heat settings from warm to high is what the InstaHeat TECHNOLOGY is about. The fabric is super soft. Machine-washable fabric feels soft and comforting on bare skin, and offers maximum comfort for daily use. Extra-long cord. The 9-foot power cord makes it easy to adjust positions and pad placement on your bed, couch, or chair. Pure enrichment has a 5-year warranty and an electric heating pad with a controller and a storage bag. Their customer support team provides daily quality service and peace of mind to millions worldwide, all from a brand you can trust.
👤I get sick to my stomach when I think of the fire my child's bed would have been a result of. I put it in the trash immediately and didn't ask for a refund because I didn't think it was dangerous.
👤The product lives up to all of the reviews. It has been occupied since I turned it on. I hope to get a turn soon.
👤I ordered this for a shoulder problem and it doesn't get hot enough. It will reach 140 degrees on level 6 according to the instructions. It is not close. The temperature on the unit was only 92 degrees at the ambient room temp. Set the pad in a room with an electric fire place and heated room temp to 74 and place a blanket over it to keep it from getting hot. The temperature was only reached at109 degrees. The surface temp went back up into the 90's after a removed pad. There are supporting photos below. The first reading was set at 86 degrees and the second at 92, both of which should be 140. For 20 minutes, the room temp was 68. Either the control is faulty or the pad element is not high enough. I will update if I test the same brand.
👤I liked this heating pad. The pad started burning while I was using it. The pad was destroyed and a hole was burned in my chair. It could have been worse if I had fallen asleep. Absolutely not safe! It's past 90 days because Amazon won't let me link to the order when I try to get to customer service.
👤I am a disabled veteran, I suffer from Fibromyalgia, nerve damage all over my body, and have suffered a traumatic brain injury. All of these issues are related to my time in the service. I rely on a lot of drugs and my heating pad daily. The last four of the older Sunbeam models were very heavy use and I purchased this pad to replace them. The PureRelief heating pad takes longer to heat up than the Sunbeam it replaced. The digital controls allow it to be easily adjusted, shut off, or turned on, as my wife's cat did often when she climbed over the couch. The heating pad died within eight months. I will be using a larger heating pad. It may cost more, but it seems worth it in the end.
👤I don't want to give this one star. The pad caught fire in less than two months. Do not purchase it. He was lying on his stomach with the pad on his back.
👤This has become one of my favorite purchases. When it arrived, it wasn't as wide as I had expected, but now that I've been using it, I think it's perfect. I like that it is flexible. I can wrap it around my leg. ... I did fall asleep on it and woke up feeling like my insides were swollen, but I caution against falling asleep on it. Yuck! I had to keep it from getting dirty by putting it in a small pillow case. The heating pad is one of my favorites. It goes up to six settings that are really hot. I now have two of them. I bought it a second time because I wanted one for work and one for home. The butt-warmer is similar. I have them at home. They are my Preciouses. ... I might end up a third, just in case. Just in case, buy seven. It's good to be warm.
Microfiber fabric is treated with 3M Scotchgard. The treatment helps stubborn stains release easily in the wash and also helps keep your body dry. You can toss the fabric in the washer for easy clean, if you unplugged the power cable from the mattress pad. The mattress pad has deep pockets that fit most mattresses. The elastic in the skirt helps it stay put. The electric blanket is designed for the lowest radiation possible. The heating element has an evenly spacing pattern which allows for even warmth distribution. 100% certified for safety. 👤My wife has a tendency to pile blankets on the bed when I am not feeling well. We bought a new bed that was split king-sized. I thought that I would buy her an electric mattress pad to compliment our new bed, because we loved it so much. She slept like a baby the first night she was in the bed. She said that the new mattress pad was one of the most appreciated gifts she had ever received. We no longer had to pile on the covers for her to stay warm, as I got my "cool side" of the bed back. A nice wool blanket was purchased for our new bed. It's also great. The link to the wool blanket is here.
👤I ordered this for my husband who is disabled. It lasted about 6 weeks and stopped working. I have been on the phone with JLA many times asking if replacements were coming. No replacements have been found so far. I need to contact Amazon to return it after I was told there was nothing JLA could do. The instructions from Amazon say to contact JLA. How do I get it back? It's not fair to the consumer to go through this maze. I thought Beautyrest was a good brand. The rating was 4.5 stars. I don't see how this can be. I bought two of their electric blankets from local stores before the virus hit. I had to come back because they stopped working. This is very frustrating.
👤I bought this mattress pad for my husband because he likes it when he sleeps, but he sleeps like a rock. I felt like I was freezing when I was up several times through the night. I only hooked up the controls to my side since it has dual controls, since I purchased this and of course it goes over the entire bed. I plugged the control unit in at the bottom of the bed and then ran the cord under the bed to let the unit out. Sometimes I felt the control unit on my feet. I moved my feet a few inches and it never bothered me. The heating capability is very good. I started with a 3. I could keep it at 1 and be comfortable. I told him that he had to turn it on and make sure the bed was warm before I got in. I would shut it off in the morning, but it has an auto shut off if you forget. The two of us are very comfortable in our bed. I have a mattress protector that I put on the bed and never had a problem. I took it out for the summer. I expect to put it back on when winter returns.
👤I bought this pad for the heat, but it is not very comfortable and does not fit the queen mattress. The first pad I ordered worked great on the right side, but not on the left, because nobody slept there. If I preheat it on 3 and put a heavy line of pillows down the middle, it will heat up. If you are alone on one side of the bed, you will be cold for 15 minutes until it senses you. I liked my side but thought the other side was a fire hazard. I swapped it for the same model and am having the same problem, my new side is cold on #1 and hot on #2. I'll probably return it and try a different brand. The function is faulty, but I love the design.
The heating pad is made of soft fabric. It is easy to clean and feels smooth. It is easy to maintain and stay soft. It's extra large and can be used to cover the major muscle pains in your neck, back, shoulders, abdomen, or legs, while the 7.5 foot cord allows you to enjoy it on your bed, chair, couch. SAFE & FAST: The heating options are from 98 F to 140 F and there are 4 timers. Automatic extinguishing and a built NTC packing layer could help avoid overheating. Within 30 seconds it could be heated. Dry heat therapy is a method of therapy. You can relax your body by using heat pads. It gives a warm, comfortable feeling when you have back pain. If you want to loosen your muscles and get ready for exercise, spray wet on the heat pad. Warm tips and warranty. If the heating pad is not plugged into the power, the controller will flash, if the heating pad works for a period of time automatically shut down, it is turned on the overheating protection, please press the power button again to turn on the power. If you have any issues with the heating pad, please contact them. They will give you a 60-day free return and a free replacement.
👤The heat levels seem to vary from really hot to burn you hot. The last heating pad I used was on the highest setting. I use this one on the lowest. The timer goes off without warning. It can't be counted on. I set it for a couple of hours. Sometimes it stays on for 2 hours, and other times it goes off after 15 minutes. I'm not sure how long it will last. It hasn't been a month since I ordered it, and it's stopped working. It would turn on, but then shut off within a few minutes. It won't turn on tonight. If I could, I would give this one zero stars.
👤I would have liked to keep the box to return. I got a heating pad a few weeks ago. It won't stay on for more than 10 minutes. There is a bright green and red light on the switches. My number blinks constantly, probably because it is going to break soon, and it is a bright red number. The bright lights are not relaxing in a dark room. The control box is large. I wish I had bought a different heating pad.
👤The heating pad does work. Instructions say to put one side toward your skin. The outside is the other side. I went back to the directions to check out the section that I missed, and realized that I had missed something. If you look at the side with the plug-in part on the upper left, you will see the hot side of the pad. If the plug-in part is on the upper right, it doesn't deliver enough heat. I have never ordered Sunbeam before, but my last one came with all its wires in a flat piece. They warned against making sharp folds in it if it folds. You can't get it to unfold. I used to own a Sunbeam. When it heated up, it was smelling like it was burning, and had developed a sharp crease despite my care. I was looking for a soft, flexible heating pad, and I found one that sounded good, but there were reviews that said it didn't heat up. It is easier to keep it straight and there is no plastic inside the heating pad. The pad is very hot. It has a plug for the pad itseld which only fits one way. The plug part could be put in backwards. It wouldn't work because it would generate a fault signal. The plug-in part had to be reversed. That was a problem. The heating pad is better designed and less expensive. My daughter should buy this brand instead of the new one if she needs a new one, as I am very glad to have this new brand. Sunbeam used to have a piece of plastic in it. I was replacing an older Sunbeam when I bought the one with the stiff plastic piece in it. I am reviewing a heating pad that is far superior. I am very happy with it.
The heating pad is 30" x 16" and is perfect for the muscles in your back, neck, shoulders, abdomen, legs, arms and so on. The product has a fast heating function. The temperature range is from 40C to 60C. The auto shut off function has a timer function which allows it to shut off from 30 to 120 minutes, which is very safe and energy saving. High-quality insulation, soft material, and better flannel effects are what the skin-friendly fabric has to offer. The cable connection should be disconnected and washed below 30C. The heating pad should be easy to clean. The heating pads wrap 1-year quality insurance for a free replacement process.
👤I bought it on January 29th. It is warm and soft, but flexible. The seam caught on fire and burned holes in the heating pad, leaving a small burn mark on my blanket. The heating pad is dangerous. I wouldn't recommend this one. I am thankful it wasn't worse.
👤This thing doesn't regulate temperature evenly and is a fire hazard. It doesn't distribute the heat evenly, it will be hot on the other side and mild on the other side. I sleep with a heating pad because of chronic pain. It is the only way I can get any relief and sleep. I woke up with burn marks on my side after having this on the setting of 1 one night. I haven't used it since then and I may try to return it. It is a safety hazard.
👤The material is soft and heats up quickly. Don't expect it to last long. I used mine twice. I only plugged it in once because I didn't use it until after it was delivered. I used it on my shoulder twice. It wouldn't turn on the next time I used it. It felt like I didn't have it plugged in. If you only use this once, it's an awesome heating pad. Don't expect it to power on after you use it.
👤The product worked well for a couple of months, but then stopped working. I was able to return the item, but it was closed until Feb 4th. I am very disappointed. I don't like to be a happy customer. What should I do? I need another hot pad.
👤I woke up a week ago with back pain. It was hard for me to walk. I used the same heating pad every day for a long time. After using this pad, my pain is greatly reduced. This thing is very hot. There are 6 levels of heat. I turn on at level 3. I leave it there for about 10 minutes. My pain has been greatly reduced. This is a great choice for back pain.
👤I am impressed with the heating pad. It stays hot for a long time if you set a timer. The controls are easy to use. The size makes it easy for me to hit a hard spot in my hip area. Very pleased with the purchase so far. The issue with heating pads is how long they last, as anyone with experience knows. This one comes with a one year warranty, which means they will replace the pad if it fails within one year.
👤Only used it on a 3 or 4 out of a high of 8. I woke up extremely hot after being asleep for 7 hours and the pad should have been turned off. I am assuming the timer failed. It was very hot, it had burned holes in itself, and it had scorched my sheets. It was supposed to be guaranteed for a year. I sent an email to them, but they haven't responded yet.
America's 1 heated mattress pad is from Sunbeam. If you turn on your heated mattress pad and set your thermostat back by 10 to 15 percent, you can save up to 10 percent a year on your heating bills. Digital control with 10 personalized heat settings. Premium Softness, 100 percent Cotton Top, 100 percent Polyester Bottom, fits Mattresses up to 21 inches deep.
👤I have had a heated mattress pad on my bed for my entire adult life. I had an older version of this model that I bought a long time ago. There are dual controls and temperature choices. I didn't think twice about buying this model because I loved it so much when my older one fell apart. The models keep the bed warm. The newer version has a few improvements, but a couple of things are so bad that they are almost a deal-breaker. The older model is softer than this version. I can't feel the wires when laying on either model, but my older one was more like a thick fleece blanket. I feel like I'm in a cloud. - The newer one stays on my bed better than the older one. The older one slid off the corners and this one doesn't budge, which is fantastic. The bad: Only the screen that displays the number of the current setting can see the dim backlight of the control. While the light is appreciated, the buttons on the control are not backlit. If I wake up in the middle of the night and need to adjust the heat, I can't find which of the 5 buttons on the control I need to push. I've already pressed every other button on the unit without realizing it, because there's a very shallow sign on the buttons. I can't see how much I'm turning it up or down without waking up. My older model had a lighted dial that turned and clicked on numbers. I didn't have to look or feel how much I was changing the temp to find the dial. I've tried putting textured stickers on the buttons, but they don't stick. I'm still working on it. I hope I can find a solution. The old versions had a clicking sound from the control when it was on and off. I don't remember, but I got used to it. It was similar to when an oven clicks when it turns off and on. I could ignore the sound because it was from the control. The mattress pad buzzes, instead of the clicking that is present in this newer model. It's not a loud buzz, but it does come through my pillow, and I'm a stomach/side sleeper. It buzzes on the lower temperatures. The buzz in my ear stops me from falling asleep. I've just started to doze again, and it was not quite a minute later. There is a buzz! Make it stop - I'm driving batty. It's a challenge to fall asleep in bed each night, and I've never had issues sleeping before. I'll take the clicking back any day.
👤We live up north and winters are pretty bitter. We had an electric blanket a long time ago and you could feel the wires in it, so I was skeptical about this one. I could feel a wire when we opened it. We put it on the bed because we were going to send it back. The first night proved that I was wrong. I can't feel the wires on the bed because it's been installed. The ability to do the pre-warm-up is a nice touch and I find I don't want to get out of bed in the morning. Everyone in the north needs one of these things.
Are you feeling unwell? The back heating pad is designed to relax muscles, improve circulation of blood, and soothe away tensions of your shoulders, legs, knee, joint, menstrual and lower back pain. Want an easy way to use a heating pad? It's easy for you to operate and choose the most comfortable temperature with their small heating pad. Would you like to enjoy chronic heat therapy? Hold the button for 3s to enter stay on mode, it will give you constant heat without auto shut off, and you will enjoy heat therapy all the time until you turn it off. Do you want dry heat therapy? moist heat therapy provides more effective relief, and the heating pad features both moist and dry heat therapy. Just mist the surface. How to clean is upsetting. The flannel used to make the small electric heating pad is very soft to touch. It's easy to wash after detaching the controller.
👤This is for on top of a body only, no weight on it, according to the information sheet inside the package. That makes it useless for low back pain. It's not good for a cat bed. I wouldn't have bought it, that should be stated in the online ad.
👤The heating pad I've always owned is a hard plastic that doesn't get flexible until you heat it up. It has a thin cloth cover which comes off of the plastic and exposes you to the edges and corners which are sharp and pokey. This one is made of soft and flexible plastic, so it can't come off, and the cover is a heating pad, so it can't be torn. It seems like a small difference, but it's a much better product.
👤I have had a lot of pain on my sides since I had a stone, but this heating pad is great for when it is really cold.
👤Quickly turn around. The product is good. I didn't give a 5 star because it was advertised in a way that made it seem as though it was larger. That was the selling point, but it's still good.
👤I only had it for a couple of weeks but I absolutely love it. It's easy to put anywhere you need it. So far, so good! It works well.
👤The size is perfect for my needs and the auto shut off is a plus. My back feels better.
👤This is a great heating pad. I'm using it for my lower back and it just wraps around.
There is an option to heat therapy. High-efficiency heat up for fast pain relief can be achieved by covering your back, neck, shoulders, legs, and knees with a heating pad. Fast heat up and 6 heat setting can be done in a few seconds. Soft microplush exterior wires are so thin that you won't feel them. The heating pad will stop heating when it reaches the target temperature. Enjoy lifelong treatment for specific injuries. Do not tumble dry for long- lasting functions.
👤I needed an extra large heating pad to replace a smaller one that died after a year of daily use. The size covers my shoulders and arms to the elbow and is wide enough to cover my neck and back. It stays at a temperature until it shuts off. The design of this heating pad is light years better than the old fashioned kind with one electrical cord that can be quite uncomfortable and not be able to provide full heating for the size of the pad. The heating pad has heating wires all through it, so it provides heat to every inch. I will not go back to the old way. I would say that the only thing that could be improved on would be to be able to adjust the time. It can be hot for 2 hours but doesn't offer multiple time settings. This is worth every penny paid and some.
👤My back is covered by arthritis in the large size.
👤It has so many settings on it that it turns itself off.
👤I used it for five days on my back. Does not work, will not turn on. Don't use this heating pad. The money was wasted. The POS is cheap.
👤It lasts at least 5 years. Quickly, the heat rises. Shuts off after 2 hours, so I think it's the time. I have heating pads. I bought one almost 5 years ago. Even though it works. Two years ago we adopted 2 chihuahuas and one time I was laid up in bed for a week, they took a liking to my heating pad. They claimed it as theirs after a while. I said, "Alright, y'all take this old one." I will buy one for you. The 3 of us all approved of the heating pad.
👤You have to love the size.
👤I didn't expect much since there aren't many reviews. Since it arrived, I have used it almost daily. I put it on my bed before I shower so I can get into a warm bed on cold nights. I have found my dog sleeping on it many times. The range on heat is 0-6. It is long enough for me to lay on my back. The plug in to the blanket is awkward, and the cord/attached remote is heavy, but I like them both. It was a good product and worth every penny I spent.
👤This would get five stars from me, but it has a 20 minute shut off, which is more than the 2 hour auto shut off they say. Absolutely useless. To turn it back on, you have to use the plus or minus buttons. The minutes have just begun. It's ridiculous. After I left my review, customer service contacted me and sent me a replacement heating pad. Someone else with the company gave me a gift card for my purchase. They suggested to me that they wanted me to change my review. I told them I would be happy if the replacement product was better than the first. It has the same problem. It turns off whenever it wants to, but it's a nice surface. The number should be on the dash. Both of them do this. I hope they can fix the issues, otherwise it would be a great heating pad. I am thankful for the customer service that made this a less difficult purchase.
It is possible to use a heating pad for back or neck pain, or to use a moist heat pack to relieve it. The portable heating pad is great for travel, it has a soft microplush fibers heat heating pad. The heating pad comes with an auto off so you can sleep after 2 hours. Extra large heating pads for periods. It should be used for all places on your body. Measures 24 x 12 and is skin friendly.
👤I'm very disappointed. I have tried several other heating pads and seem to end up with the same issue, so I was really looking forward to using this one. The heating pad is soft and red, it's just the right size. I tried every setting on the control pad and it was the same very low heat. The highest was the same as the lowest. I was wondering if I got a did. Possibly. I purchased this one because of the positive reviews I've read.
👤The heating pad is great. My biggest problem right now is my back pain. The heart shaped piece that connects from the pad to the cord gets very hot, and I don't like it. I got burned when I touched it. It wasn't a serious burn, but it should be noted that it gets hot.
👤A nice heating pad. It was packaged in a small box and I was a little nervous when it arrived. It's great. It's large enough to wrap around my waist. I am currently suffering from joint pain and this has helped. It stays warm with no cold spots. It has an on and off switch which seems like it should be standard but I have gotten several in the past with no off option, you had to wait for the timer to run out. Multiple heat settings, multiple timer options, and an auto shut off are included in this. It's great for using at night. All were very happy with this!
👤I bought this as a back-up to my larger heating pad. I wasn't looking for high quality. I was pleasantly surprised. It worked well, and I like the fact that you can choose from four different time frames before it shuts off. It's a very good product.
👤Purchase this because I needed it for surgery. I started using it at the end of November, but it doesn't work for half the time and the lights are flashing. Unplugging doesn't help either. This was a waste of money, but I really want a lot exchange or full refund. Don't waste your money.
👤I love this heating pad. It is better than the one I had before. It's very soft on the skin and has a lot of heat settings. It's still a great heating pad, but it would've been nice if it had a cover.
👤I like the color red. My husband's pad stays on longer than the one I have. I would recommend this product to others. I don't know if it will warm up after a wash.
👤It's easy to work with many temp choices and a great selection of times.
👤La manta en primera vista est linda, tiene los bordes suaves, and est tener en tu mesa de noche. The cama sin parezca feo de hospital. Tiene un detalle la forma, es demasiado gradual, para llegar a una temperatura. Si quieres una perfecto.
👤The title and description of this product say it can be moist. I received this and read the instructions and it said it couldn't be used wet. It seems very soft and well built. Will make a review after trying it out.

👤It stopped working after 2 days. I got less than half my money back when I returned to Amazon. Really disappointed. I will go back to Target to get customer service again.
👤It's not fun to have osteoarthritis on your knees. Lower back pain and arthritis in the neck area are very painful. I have medication. I don't want to take pain pills all the time. The heating pad is the best I have ever tried. It is light and soft. I highly recommend it. I get a lot of relief when I use this wrapped around my knees, neck, shoulders, and lower back. It's a must to carry it wherever I go. The size is perfect. My husband has a lot of pain on his right hand, so he wraps the heating pad around his hand and gets some relief. I'll have to order another one.
👤I love my new heating pad. It wraps around my neck and back. Not many pads have the ability to choose the heat and timing settings. I feel more in control of my pain relief with this pad. We will definitely be picking up more so everyone can enjoy it.
👤The pad is soft and warm, and it has six temperature settings. I use a heating pad on my lap to keep my bed warm while I watch tv, because I have no source of home heating. Excellent solution.
👤The heating pad does a good job, even though it is a little flimsier than I 888-276-5932s. The automatic shut off feature can be washed.
👤I have to reset the controller every time I turn it on. The timer can't be turned off to where I want it to stay, and the time is actually 90 minutes. It works well and is very comfortable. Doesn't have the same kind of wrinkling.
👤I broke three ribs and was looking for a heating pad to rest between my back and pillow wedge. The multiple heat options as well as the moist/dry heat were attractive to me. The pad looked sturdy in the pictures. The multiple heating options came through, but everything else is terrible. The heating pad is very flimsy. It is impossible to flatten out when I try to rest it on the wedge so that I can sit up against it. The place where the cord is attached to the pad weighs more than the pad itself and will not lay flat. I am very disappointed in the product. Not worth the money.
👤It is muy delgada. No sirve para calentar, pero no vale la pena.
👤Apenas se pone tibia. The regresaré is a language.
