👤This is adorable. It's so small that it's perfect for me since I use it to make tea. It's easier to store and clean and it's quicker to heat. The side button and front knob are confusing. The side button under the handle is only used for boiling water. It's going to boil regardless if you set the front knob and slide the lever down. If you don't pay attention, you will be disappointed. The lever under the handle should be left alone. I'm very happy with it and the color.
👤I was excited about the kettle because of the temperature control. I wanted to control the temperature of the water to make different teas, but it was too far away from the marks to be useful. It wouldn't get above 130F at the 150F mark, and it wouldn't get above 190F at the 190F mark. If you don't worry about the temperature, it is probably alright, but it would be expensive for what it actually does.
👤I bought this back in May. I like to design and speed to boil water, but it still has a weird plastic smell when it gets cold. I cleaned with a variety of things, but still there. If you're picky about the smell in your drink, you might want to give it some thought. It wasn't bad enough to come back, but it was enough to think about it multiple times. The boiling metal gets a stain even after it has been cleaned. Maybe that's my water. It's a good thing that you can clean that off by boiling water.
👤I loved many things about it but the flaws are too much to ignore. It is small and cute. I thought it had a knob instead of buttons. The temperature always seemed a little off. The button on the side is confusing because it is not the on off button. There is a good 20 degrees between when the temperature stops on the knob and when it starts to boil. I had boiled water and was pouring it into my mug when the lid came off and splashed on my kid who was standing a long way away. I will be looking for a new one after that. I can't return it since I used it for months.
👤I bought this for its color. I am impressed with it's design and heating function. The heating setting has a temperature dial for both boiling and full on boil, and the kettle's lid can be removed completely for easy filling and cleaning, and the knob on the knob can be turned all the way to the left to shut off. After reaching desired temperature, water will stay warm. It's a cute design and I love the color, it matches my coffee maker. Well made and works great!
👤I like the electric kettle. It is small but mighty according to another reviewer. I decided to try this product despite the negative reviews because I have a small Elite Gourmet coffee maker which hasn't let me down yet. The kettle is working well so far. If you're like me and want some hot water for tea or other, then this is not a big issue for you, since I am not as picky about the temperature control as you are. The "keep warm" feature is something I like, but I discovered that if I left the kettle on the temp setting, it would periodically start heating up and re-attain the desired temp. I haven't seen any leaks so far and my unit's lid stays on when it's pouring. I received it today and haven't cleaned it yet. I like that the lid comes off for easy cleaning. Since the pot is attached to the main body of the kettle, I think it will be difficult to clean since it is a bit heavy. I am very happy with my purchase and I am loving this.
It is easy to use and clean. A wide 3.3 inch open lid allows easy access to fill and clean, with a net built into the spout of the electric kettles for boiling water. Adding tea leaves or tea bags to the water boiler makes it convenient to remove the trace elements after heating. You will no longer need a tea pot or microwave for tea brew with this tea kettle electric. The 1500W electric kettle can quickly boil 1.7L of water in under 5 minutes, saving you time for coffee, tea, and more in busy mornings. The British Strix thermostat can be used to control water temperature precisely for satisfying different beverage needs, as well as keep the water temperature warm for 30 minutes. The adiabatic handle is comfortable to grip, helping to keep the balance when pouring and filling. Premium food-grade 304stainless steel is the quality assured material. The Paris Rhne electric kettle is much more robust and durable than other kettles, and it has no objectionable odor. The water gauge lets you know how much water is in the kettle at any one time, the base is easy to pick up, and cable storage underneath the base is convenient.
👤My parents love the electric kettle temperature control and I bought it for them. The power of 1500W can quickly boil water and brew a cup of coffee or tea. My family is so happy that it is the perfect 1.7L Large Capacity electric kettle.
👤We had to replace a previous kettle and took a while to find one. The temperatures seem to be accurate. When you press the buttons, it makes a sound. So far, I'm pleased with this purchase.
👤I was not happy with the product.
👤The water is hot and just the right temp.
👤The kettle is good for a reasonable price. The 1.7L water takes 5 minutes to boil. The outter and cap of the kettle are too hot for small children and pets. The temperature control funtion works well for multiple scenarios. The kettle is recommended for people who don't have kids.
👤The perfect kettle has all the features you could imagine. We use it 4-5 times a day and hope it lasts.
👤The kettle I bought 6 months ago has the same appearance. I still use it, but it is not from this brand.
We are committed to providing you the best customer service, and they will get it now with worry-free shopping at your side. If you are unhappy with the kettle, reach out to them and they will take care of you. Digital screen display for optimum temperature. It has preset temperatures that will bring out the best flavors in tea and coffee. Simple and easy operation. One touch boil setting, auto shut off, automatic lid opening, and a corded design for comfortable serving. STAINLESS STEEL INTERIOR. The hot drinks are made with the pure flavor in mind. Simply wipe the outside with a clean cloth and let it cure. Maintenance products like detergents, abrasive products, and scouring powders should never be used because they can discolour the plastic. Don't put the kettle, power lead, plug or electrical base in the water. Double wall construction keeps the heat in while making sure the outer layer is safe to touch, even with boiling water inside. The large capacity prepares up to 12 cups, perfect for all hot beverages and cooking needs.
👤The top ranked tea kettle in several consumer tests is the one from Cuisinart. That caught my attention. Its price went up. It is more expensive than the new Krups design. Both have the same 1.7 liter capacity. I found the Cuisinart to be fastastic after I bought it. Reliability issues and warranty hassles are noted by some users. Hamilton Beach and Miroco are examples of companies that have followed in the footsteps of the Cuisinart. I will include links to my reviews of those kettles. The Krups is a completely new kettle design. Does it compete? The highest quality appliances should be priced fairly, reliable and also of long term value. Design and convenience are two things that can be seen in the photos. When filling or pouring, the Krups weighs less than the Cuisinart. The Krups is the one to buy for seniors with limited arm mobility. The Krups is wider than the other models, making it more convenient for those with less pouring dexterity, but both models have plenty of filling room. The ergonomics of the handle and design of the Krups is an advantage if you plan to store under a counter cabinet. Since the Krups is tall, measure your space before ordering. Safety and ease of use are the most important factors in choosing a brand. The big blue viewing window on the Cuisinart shows the fill height. The kettle has a 1.7 liter line. If you plan to fill less than an entire pot, you will need to fill a measuring cup with your water first before pouring into the pot. The Krups is insulated. It is cool on the outside. The Krups are for young kids who can access the pot. Krups vs. Cuisinart. The two kettles have the same temp choice features, but they are implemented in different ways. You can preset the unit with the buttons on top. 175 degrees is ideal for green tea. The Krups has a button on top of the handle that you can press to change the temp. The front of the teapot will show a light blue color. The Krups has a neat count up thermostat feature that I have not seen on any of the other tea kettles I have reviewed. It is a cool feature to show the real time temp. The temp can be held for up to 30 minutes. The approach of the Cuisinart brand is smarter than that of each brand. What is different between the two brands? The keep warm feature can be turned off either before or after the brew. The keep warm button must be pressed manually for the Krups. The default design of the Cuisinart is to be on automatically, which is why I prefer it. When I wake up, I usually brew a cup of green tea at 175 degrees and wait for my wife to join me. Everything is ready to go. We will pour water for our daughter later. All can be poured at the same temperature. If you don't need a second cup, you might prefer the Krups approach. It is adequate to turn on its keep warm feature. If you enable before you brew. Since we pour multiple cups, we really like the memory feature. If you take the kettle off the base, you can return it to the base within a couple of minutes. When the Krups is removed, the tea kettle is completely shut off. This could be a disadvantage for some. To get back to the settings to hold the kettle for 30 minutes longer, you have to press a button. You just need to remember. Both of the 1500 watt Cuisinart and Krups have terrific, fast speed, far exceeding stovetop kettles or microwave heating. The boiling point for a full 1.7 liter pot was in 7:03:02. The Krups set a new kettle speed record in my tests. The Krups is slightly faster than the everyday real world usage. The Krups finished in 3:21 for 24 ounces. Krups was ready to pour in just 2:22, compared to 2:32 for Cuisinart. There is plenty of quickness for either brand. The Krups took 2 minutes and 16 seconds at the green tea setting of 175 degrees for 24 ounces, while the Cuisinart took 2:1. For 16 ounces, Cuisinart was the winner. The Krups was in front at 1:45. For 16 ounces. The Krups is fully insulated, but the other pots are very well insulated. The water inside is still hot even after an hour or two. Depending on how much water is inside, each can be brought back to a boil in a minute or two. Krups vs. Cuisinart. Both brands are ready to pour when they hit the boiling point. It is likely that you will care about consistency at different temperatures and keep warm when buying a versatile temp variable kettle like these. Chinese green teas are best brew between 170 and 180, while delicate Japanese Senchas are best brew between 10 degrees cooler. When I used the 175 degree setting for green tea, I used a Thermapen instant read thermometer and learned the Cuisinart was at 176 degrees. Excellent performance indeed! The Krups was commendable. The Hamilton Beach clone is less satisfying than the ones I have tested, but they are among the most consistent pots. The Miroco is consistent. Is it possible to use keep warm feature? Once temp is reached, each kettle will be put to sleep. A sensor kicks in and turns on the kettle for a short time. Both brands used the keep warm setting. The reviewers here complain that getting warranty service can be difficult and that the units sometimes go out before the warranty has expired. The buyer has to pay for shipping both ways. The Assurant extended warranty cost me $4 more. Most warranties of this type only kick in after the manufacturer's warranty ends. We own four small kitchen appliances and have never needed warranty service. My original food processor works great after 30 years. Several reviews state that the number markings can rub off in time. The front of the kettle is covered with an acetate covering, and this is not a concern with the very different design. The Krups warranty is 24 months. Krups vs. Cuisinart. Both machines are five star machines. We have kept the Cuisinart at our main home and the Miroco at our vacation home until we reviewed the new Krups design. Krups will become our go to kettle if arm mobility becomes an issue. The day-to-day use differences between Krups and Cuisinart are mainly differentiated by three things. The keep warm feature can be turned on with the Krups. There are two more If the kettle is removed, the keep warm temp setting can be remembered in two minutes. There are 3 more If those features are important to some, the Cuisinart is a good choice. If you would like to see the Hamilton Beach 41020 in its entirety, you can find a link here. It's a good kettle that most would be happy with, but I don't think it's in the same league as the other kettles. A far too detailed test of the Cuisinart Electric Kettle vs. Miroco and Hamilton Beech. Please forgive me for the small amount of braggadocio. It is nice to know that you are appreciated when you take as much time as I do.
We are proud that their awk-3000 comes with a 2-year warranty. A 1500 watt heating system can boil 1.5L/6 cups of water in minutes. The electric kettle has a base that can detect when water is boiled. The pattern adds style to any space. The ceramic body is scratch and fingerprints resistant. One touch operation with a power base for easy handling.
👤I bought this as a replacement for my old electric tea kettle that gave up the ghost. The base is made of cheap plastic and the cord placement is so bad that you have to twist the cord to fit into the slot that holds the cord in place and keep the base flat. I will purchase a tea kettle when the electric kettle ends. The quality of the product was reduced by the company changing from a ceramic base to a plastic one. Not a good move for the environment.
👤Disappointed. The model was a trendy icon piece to keep on your counter. The older model is more cheerful than the new model. The new model doesn't have the ridges on the inside of the handle that prevent your fingers from slipping, and it doesn't have the classic silhouette of a teapot. I hope the short-sighted creation of a dime-a-dozen model is not the case.
👤Even though I gave them all the model numbers, they wouldn't repair or replace them. The switch stopped working within a month after the gift, as per the video. I could not give a receipt so the company refused to take responsibility.
👤The plastic base is leaking water from the ceramic vessel. I received this as a gift and the first one leaked all over. I assumed it was faulty and got a new one. The heating base is pretty, but the rivets connecting it to the kettle are garbage, making this product a piece of junk.
👤It barely heated up. I bumped it off. The water is very hot.
We stand behind their products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact them. Electric glass and steel kettles are very hot. For quick and convenient boiling water. It's easy to make herbal tea, hot chocolate, instant soups, and more without the hassle of heating water on the stove. A glass carafe with a non- heating handle can easily be detached from a base. Blue operational lights, auto-shutoff, and boil dry protection are safety features. A cord-wrap recess makes it easy to fit a counter, shelf, or cabinet with this design. A 1.7 liter capacity with a 1500 watt heating element.
👤The top is made of plastic and has a spout. Plastic and hot water is not a good idea.
👤This is the most cool Josh Dang trinket. I needed hot water fast, so I bought this thing. It's simple enough. It does that. It is also quieter than my previous kettle. My friend, this isn't just any ordinary kettle. Have you ever thought to yourself, "I wish I could keep a mini ocean wave inside my home?" You can now! Watching the water boil through the glass, lit by the electric blue light, was fascinating enough that I and 2 roommates stared at it in awe. It looks like a miniaturist when it's boiling. This electric kettle is for sale. Buy it now.
👤I was unable to find any evidence that the product was free of the harmful chemical. It is not written on the product, package or manual. I am returning it.
👤The product was delivered in September. The bottom is not holding up. Disappointed! Please replace or give me a refund.
👤I buy a kettle. It comes 8 days ago. Yesterday it stopped working, but I use it. The engineer says that the kettle floor is melted. I think that the basic product from Amazon is one of the best. I'm not happy.
👤This leaks over the counter after 2 months. Amazon resented it and replaced it with the same version. After 2.5 months, the problem is the same.
👤The bottom got water marks and turned black after a few uses, but I ordered it for an Amazon brand, and it's getting worse after two months. I am sure that this is a quality issue related to this product in particular, as my office had a very similar one but from another brand which has never had a single spot even in a shared environment.
👤It is nice looking, but I wish it didn't say "Amazon basics"
👤After my MC glass kettle broke, I bought this kettle. The reviews had me second guessing and debating if I should cancel my order but out of all the kettle options available that were unlike my last kettle, this one had the best reviews so I ordered it. I saw a lot of reviews and images that showed the kettle was not as nice as it could be. But... I know I have some water. I assumed that was what caused it. I washed the kettle and it didn't change anything, so I bought CLR and immediately after eating all the lime scale, the kettle was perfect, just as it was when I received it earlier this week. The kettle is easy to clean and has hard water, so don't think that it isn't good quality. I have had this kettle for over two years and I still love it. I definitely recommend.
👤This kettle is built using Strix kettle controls which is important to me as they are known for being a top supplier from a reliability and safety stand point. This kettle is different from the cheap kettles available from China because of Amazon Basic's use of Strix controls. It shuts off when it reaches 100 C, as confirmed by my instant read thermometer. Why did I use a Thermometer to check this? There are two reasons. I was trying to make French Press coffee with the water around 93.3 C (200F) and wanted to know how long it would take to cool to the desired temperature. I had read that this style kettle could cause an issue if it didn't shut off. If the lid was not closed, the only way it could shut off was if it reached 100 C. The temperature sensor needs to be reached by steam. The kettle will boil away until all the water is gone, which took over 15 minutes when I filled it with the minimum amount indicated. The kettle shut off after being dry. I don't have to worry about other members of the household forgetting to put the kettle on. I am very happy with the purchase.
There was a push-butt. The electric kettle has a push-button lid. The 1.7-liter electric kettle has 1500-Watts for fast heat up and a concealed heating element to prevent mineral build up. There is a scale filter and boil-dry protection. One touch controls, 30-minute keep warm option, stay-cool nonslip handle, and a 360- degree power base are all included in the custom control. The kettle can be off the base for 2 minutes without shutting off or losing its place in the brew process. There are preset heat settings for steeping tea that include blue indicator lights and a water window. Refer to the user manual for questions surrounding warranty policies and the product is free.
👤The top ranked tea kettle in several consumer tests is the one from Cuisinart. That caught my attention. It was almost double the price of the well-designed Miroco MI-EK001. Both have the same 1.7 liter capacity. I was interested in the Miroco but didn't buy it until after I bought the Cuisinart. I bought it as well. I had previously compared the Hamilton Beach 41020 to the Cuisinart but found it to be not as good as I had thought. The highest quality appliances should be priced fairly, reliable and also of long term value. There is aspoiler alert! Can the Miroco compete at half the price? Remarkable. Its features are not the same. Depending on your household's priorities, the Cuisinart offers small convenience advantages. Both designs are similar, but not identical. The Miroco is heavier when it's empty but not when it's filled with water. The Miroco has a pop up lid with buttons for opening and closing. The Moroco may be easier to fill for those with less pouring dexterity because both models have plenty of filling room. For better balance with the Cuisinart I have to choke up on it's handle with my fingers over the temp controls but this has never been a problem. I thought the handle of the Miroco might be uncomfortable. I prefer the Cuisinart's slightly more bulbous handle since I have medium sized hands. The ergonomics of the handle on the Miroco is a small advantage. This was a pleasant surprise. One big difference between the Hamilton Beach and the Cuisinart was cheaper workmanship. No so with the Moroco. It was beautiful, smooth and solid. Both brands are built to high standards. Both of them have the same fill windows that turn a pleasant blue. The Microco shows cups as well as liters, while the Cuisinart only shows liters. The Miroco is a bit easier to read. The lid designs are different, but I prefer the open button from Cuisinart. You can't open the lid at the same time as holding the handle for the Miroco. The two kettles have virtually the same features. The design approaches are different in the photo. You can hold the temp for another 30 minutes with the feature on both of them. What is different between the two brands? The keep warm feature can be turned off either before or after the brew. The keep warm button must be pressed manually if the default is off. The default design of the Cuisinart is to be on automatically, which is why I prefer it. When I wake up, I usually brew a cup of green tea at 175 degrees and wait for my wife to join me. Everything is ready to go. We will pour water for our daughter later. All can be poured at the same temperature. If you don't need a second cup, you might prefer the Miroco approach. It is easy to turn on its keep warm feature. One advantage we really like is the memory feature. If you take the kettle off the base, you can return it to the base within a couple of minutes. The tea kettle is completely shut off when the Miroco is removed and returned to the base. This could be a disadvantage for some. To get back to the settings to hold the kettle for 30 minutes longer, you need a few quick button presses. You just need to remember. Both of them have 1500 watt power and have terrific, fast speed far exceeding stovetop kettles or microwave heating. The boiling point for a full 1.7 liter pot was in 7:03:02. The Miroco took a while. This is not a significant difference in everyday usage, but the Cuisinart is slightly faster. For 24 ounces, the Cuisinart finished in 3:31 and for 16 ounces, it was done in 2:32. The Miroco was close by. All around quick. At the green tea setting of 175 degrees, the Cuisinart took just 2:22 for 24 ounces, and 1:40 for 16 ounces. The Miroco had 24 ounces and 16 ounces. The pots are well insulated. The water inside is still hot even after an hour or two. If the Moroco is initially set to boil, a full hour after it is turned off, the Cuisinart is slightly cooler at 167. Depending on how much water is inside, each can be brought back to a boil in a minute or two. The Miroco was 182 degrees for the same test, but quickly dropped to 170s. As soon as the water hits your cup, it will cool a bit more. The performance of the Miroco was better than the Hamilton Beach clone I reviewed earlier. Is it possible to use keep warm feature? Once temp is reached, each kettle will be put to sleep. A sensor kicks in and turns on the kettle for a short time. Both brands used the keep warm setting. Although Cuisinart has a three-year warranty, many reviewers here complain that it can be difficult to get warranty service and that the units sometimes go out before the warranty has expired. The buyer has to pay for shipping both ways. The Assurant extended warranty cost me $4 more. Most warranties of this type only kick in after the manufacturer's warranty ends. Keeping fingers crossed! We own four small kitchen appliances and have never needed warranty service. My original food processor works great after 30 years. Several reviews state that the number markings can rub off in time. This is not a concern with the design of Miroco. Miroco has an 18-month warranty and an 18-month extension. Both of these machines are five star machines. We have two things at our main home and a vacation home. There are three things that differentiate the differences between Cuisinart and Miroco. The keep warm feature can be turned on with the Miroco. There are two more If the kettle is removed, the keep warm temp setting can be remembered in two minutes. There are 3 more If those features are important to some, the Cuisinart is a well known brand name with a long term track record. The first link compares the Cuisinart CPK 17 to the Hamilton Beach 41020. It's a good kettle that most would be happy with, but I don't think it's in the same league as the other kettles. Next, there's a link to the Miroco MI-EK001 discussed in the review.

👤I liked that you could choose the temperature of the water in the kettle. I purchased this kettle for its keep warm feature, which was stated in the description. It doesn't allow you to set the temperature higher than 200 degrees F, which is the ideal temp for black tea. The description is not accurate. The keep warm only works at 200 degrees F, so I wouldn't have bought it.
👤The tea infuser didn't stay attached when I tried to move it up and down in the water, so it took off a star. I had an older model Ovente that had different colors of lights depending on the temperature. No matter what temperature you use, this one is blue. The hole in the top works well, but if you need to fill it up at an angle, the flap doesn't open. You need to put it in the pitcher. It seems like a really good build quality. The buttons are solid and on the base. When you take the pitcher off, it also sounds. Time will tell how long it lasts. My last Ovente lasted 3 years.
👤There is a stain. There is a permanent stain on the base.
👤It takes 8 min to heat up. It turns off once it starts to heat up. After the noise.
👤I've used it about 10 times. It's working well. There is a The tea infuser bucket works and hasn't had any issues with it. The water is hot fast. I'm drinking tea again as this works for my lazy personality and I can just use a stove kettle and wait for tea to be poured. I already have a brown stain on the bottom, but I cleaned it after each use.
👤I asked for a replacement for my first order, which seemed to have been refurbished. The replacement had a broken mouth. This was my second order and I liked their design. I've been without a kettle for a week waiting for a replacement. Very disappointed.
👤I turned it on and the blue lights shone, but the lights turned off and it didn't work. I tried a few times to turn it on with water but it was dead.
👤The water boiler takes a while to get used to. The tea compartment is a great feature to have. I can boil my tea and keep it warm. anytime I want. I get used to using it. I like it.
The kettle's inner pot, inner lid, rim and spout are all made of 304 STAINLESS STEEL. The water will not touch the steel. No worries about plastic or chemicals getting into your drinks. The heat resistant copolyester and the steel will provide safer water. The combination of a clear glass body and a blue light allows you to see the water in the kettle. The scale and kettle are perfect for measuring water.
👤I received a kettle. The product description for this electric kettle is misleading, so I am rating it 3 stars overall. I feel like I was deceived by the seller's response when I asked if there was plastic inside the kettle, he said "no" which is not true. There are plastic parts in the kettle. A: no. The glass and steel part can only be touched by water. It's free of the harmful chemical. "Safe Materials - MILIN hot water kettle is made from food grade glass and STAINLESS steel and ensures that none of the plastic parts touch the water for contaminants-free water." I don't like the statements because there is a wide black plastic rim that frames the top of the pot inside and out. The heated water is poured through the plastic filter at the spout. I assumed the plastic lid was hard plastic, not like the one in the picture, but it is. Water condensation from heating the water collects on these plastic parts and drips back into the heated water. How can they say that there is no plastic in the water when there is a hard plastic filter in the pot? I doubt that the plastic is BPA-free because no where on the packaging does it state that, nor is there a symbol for a recycle. I looked at the components and included materials and found that there was no recycle symbol or spelled out. If a product is made using plastic that is free of the harmful effects of BPA, the manufacturer would include it on the packaging as a selling point. The bottom of the hard plastic lid that fits inside the kettle is shown in the photos. I have included photos of the package to show others that it does not contain the chemical. There is no number inside the recycle symbol that would tell you the type of plastic used. The product is free of the harmful chemical. The product was made in China.
👤The first time I poured it, the hot water came from the plastic rim of the kettle and the glass portion of the pitcher. Very dangerous. The hot water pours out over the plastic and you can smell it. The lid is not a flip lid, it has to be manually removed.
👤It was very easy to use. The temperature can be controlled with the +/- sign and it can be changed to either Farenheight or Celcius with one button. The different colors of the heating up and keep warm are pretty, but I don't really need to use it. I use this for boiling water for coffee or water to use for pasta because it heats up quicker than a kettle/pot of water and the sound of the sound when it's finished is quiet or polite.
👤The base of the kettle didn't sit flat, so I never got to try it out. The base sits on it's angle because the notch for the wire to pass through doesn't line up with the wire. I tried wrapping the wire around the bottom but it didn't help. I ordered a new one because I thought it was an assembly mistake, but it had the same problem. I had a few things I wanted in a kettle, but I figured "safely sits flat while boiling water" would be enough. I give up on this one.
It is safe to use the kettle with boil-dry protection and auto shut-off. The kettle has to-the-degree temperature control and can be switched between C and F, 3F accurate temp control is suitable for different types of teas. Quiet while working and quick and easy to boil water from the koios 1200W electric tea kettle. When your water is ready, the auto shut-off will sound. The Pour-over tea/coffee kettle has an elegant design and a precise pour spout that makes it easy to brew a cup of coffee or tea. They will solve your problem within 24 hours, if you have a request, please feel free to contact them.
👤There is no plastic in the water. There is a rubbery piece at the bottom of the kettle that will be submerged in the boiling water. Is it made of rubber? Is it plastic? Is it Silicone? They don't say. I wouldn't trust a made in china appliance if they said it was Silicone. It was a waste of time buying it and now having to return it.
👤It is quicker than my stovetop gooseneck. The temperature was 206, while my stove was still at 180. It will hold the water at the desired temp, which is great if you want to steep tea without waiting.
👤I have been using this for over two weeks now. It works well and heats up quickly. I usually set it to 212, pour it over, and then set it back on the base after 4-5 minutes. It looks nice on the counter. I don't like that it beeps. Every button is pressed. You don't have to tell me, I pressed the button. When it reaches a certain temperature, it sounds. When you put the empty kettle back in, it will start playing again. I wish you could turn it off. The start/pause button does not stop when not in use. Again, not a big deal. I would like it to be dim. The lid is the last thing. It seems to be made to disassemble into a few pieces, and then break apart on its own. The rubber pulls the seal away from the lid parts. Everything snaps back together, it doesn't seem broken. I still gave it 5 stars because of the small issues. I would expect to be able to turn off the screen if I had paid twice as much. This is a good product for what I paid.
👤This kettle is perfect for people who like to pour over coffee or tea. It is easy to use and heats the water quickly. This kettle is wonderful.
👤The kettle I bought for my second kitchen for guests works well in my regular kitchen and I will be buying a second one. It is sleek and convenient to set the temperature for pour-over coffee and tea. It is efficient to get my coffee with perfect blooms and no bitterness.
👤I had to use my coffee maker or microwave to heat up the water when I got into Vietnamese pour over coffee. This thing is very easy to use. The water is hot in just 2 minutes. I use it every day and have not been disappointed.
👤Great kettle. We have a small space on the counter. I was able to make tea when I was sick by putting it on my nightstand. It's perfect for pour-over coffee because of the way it pours. The controls are difficult to use. They will not work if you press on them. My inclination is to press. It is nice to only need to tap. I have an electric glass kettle that is twice the size and it takes less than a minute to heat to full boil. Three minutes is what the description says. Either it is not a second sooner or slightly longer. I prefer this kettle to my coffee maker.

👤I wanted to take the time to address some of the bad reviews that had me worried, and I am absolutely loving this. 1. The kettle doesn't spill water from the lid. The kettle's spout needs to be tilted so that it doesn't start at the bottom. The lid won't be able to handle it if it's tilted too far. The electrical element is at the center of the bottom and it's hard to get wet. 2. It doesn't pit quickly. If you have hard water, you will have a build up. It ends up looking like pitting because of where the heating element is. The water will disappear if you put it in the pot. 3. It's easy to access the preset. One of the buttons starts you at 120F and you have to click until you're at the temperature you want, the other button will show the preset and then it will repeat. I didn't measure the temperature to see if it was accurate, but I have found which preset works for my purpose and I'm very happy with the results. The fact that the temperature stays the same for 30 minutes has been convenient. It saves me a lot of time. The kettle is not insulated, but it still holds the temperature. endurance is the only thing left to test. I've been using it for a while now and it's doing well. I highly recommend this purchase.
👤I spent a year looking at different kettles and settled on this one because of its built in digital temperature gauge and temperature flexibility. I wanted to get back into tea as a hobby and try out the low temperature tea, Yerba mate. Most of the competitors can't change the temperature or plastic touch the boiling water or steam. I didn't want to risk having a new plastic taste in or around my hot beverages or breaking after a few years as all plastic will do after heated and cooled repeatedly. A brand new kitchen temperature is within a couple degrees of the accurate one. I've only splashed it a couple of times, but it seems to be water resistant. I like being able to experiment with different brew temperatures by setting them down to the degree. This is the only model that had this feature and a few preset temperatures. Couldn't be happier with it. It's helped me transition from drinking mostly soda to drinking coffee and tea.
👤I would like to state that I adore this kettle. I've been using it every day since I got it and it makes my morning tea easy to drink. I want to address some comments about getting burned, rust, and the temperature controls. It's going to get hot, it's a metal tea pot. Do not touch the metal tea kettle after it has been boiling water. The instructions tell you how to clean and prevent rust. The people didn't read the directions. If you read the directions, the temperature controls work great. It's not possible to stop it from boiling when you set it to the temp you want it to be. It will stop if you take it off the base. It's worth every cent to me, I love this kettle.

You can control the kettle with an assistant. The "Turn on / off" is the only thing. Home Voice can't control temperature or other functions. Operate your remote control kettle via smart device, if you add "Kitchen Appliances - Smart Kettle(Wi-Fi)" to the list of devices, you can download the "Smartlife" APP from the APP store or the GOOGLE PLAY store. The certificate is ETL. The tea kettle is perfect for anyone who is looking for a water kettle glass without any non-food grade material contacting the water. It's safe to leave the kettle alone. The Kettle will shut off when the water reaches a certain temperature. The glass tea kettle will switch off automatically when the water is nearly dry. Lift the base and set the kettle down from every angle. A user manual, a hospitable after-sales service, and a worry-free 12-Months Warranty are included in Worry Free: Clear instruction.
👤I added the device when the light was blinking rapidly, because I was excited for this. It would stop the light and not do anything. I believe it is a bad app that will never work because there is no support for it in China. If you manually use the item, it will work fine. If the app doesn't work with it, I wouldn't pay double.
👤Compared to other smart kettles in the market, the Korex does offer the best value. This is the second one we bought. The first one only lasted five months, and we bought it without warranty protection. We decided to buy the 4-year warranty. We decided to buy Korex again because of the price. The other ones are more expensive than what you get. There are two more There is transparency. The others have an opaque exterior, whereas Korex has a transparent one that allows you to see the inside of the container. Even though we only use it to boil water, it is important because the base of our water filters start to wear out. We know we need to change our water filters. The base will clear up on its own once we change it. The temperature settings were changed. The others don't have control settings that are as sophisticated as Korex's that have 11 settings that range from 122F to 212F. You can ask Korex to keep the temperature at your desired setting for a few hours, because it's designed to conserve energy, and heat on demand until water is used the next time, so cool! We do a full boil for soups and a partial boil for hot beverages. Half the time is spent boiling water than on a stove. When beverages don't burn your lips and tongue, they taste better. There is a remote control. Some of the other semi-smart kettles allow for temperature settings, but not remote control. You can use the "Smart Life" app to hook your kettle up to your phone. I enjoy being able to get the water heated on the drive home so we don't have to wait to cook or get ready for the day, without having to ask someone else for help. Currently it can only be connected to one phone, but I believe that Korex will develop multi- user friendly software for families to control their kettles with. I would advise people to only use Korex for water, because its electronic components aren't designed to be washed with detergent in a sink or the dishwasher. It's designed to hold water only, and removebacteria with heat from boiling the water multiple times when dirty. Do not bring tea leaves or coffee grinds there. It's not the right way to use it or get the most out of it.
👤The controls are difficult to use. When you turn it on, it defaults to 212F because it is reliant on the app. I have to change it through the app because it doesn't seem to recognize a lower temp when I set it on the kettle base. It would be nice to have a temp setting for the app, but it only goes to 212F until you change it manually. You have to wait a long time if you want to boil it, but you can do it if it has a lot of water. It would be nice to have it disabled, because it beeps every time you do something. It would be great to have it in a goose neck kettle. The base of the kettle has blue LEDs that you can't turn off. The smell of plastic will fade over time. This seems to be a new offering, so maybe it will get better. I wouldn't buy it again or give it as a gift.
