The lightweight and strong alloy rims are very strong. The dirt quad is the perfect step up in size and adventure for older riders. The dimensions are 50.4" L x 28.7" W x 31.9" H. The maximum speed is up to 9 mph, the riders are 14 years old and up, and the weight limit is 220 lbs. A 500 watt motor with internal/Integral gear set and self-adjusting chain-driven powered the car. 36V sealed lead acid battery with quick change compartment and up to 68 minutes of continuous use. There is a front brush bar, a rear disc brake, and soft rubber grips. This is the perfect step up in size and adventure for older riders.
👤My girls have had power wheels from an early age and have gotten into the Razor series of battery power ride ons. At 10 years old, they stopped riding all of it. I was looking for a big surprise Christmas gift. It was expensive at $700 at the time. I was surprised by the size and weight of them when they showed up. They were heavy duty and seemed well made. There are lots of metal parts. It was very easy to put a handle bar on. Ride time has been great. At least an hour. That is a long time in their world. I ride well in the grass and hills. It feels like an upgrade over the other battery powered options. So far, durable. The steering linkage had 2 bolts come loose. Simple maintenance could keep that from happening. Some may have concerns. Yes, you can. I weigh in at 215 lbs. If you turn it sharp, I will ride it on 2 wheels. I haven't seen them do that yet, but my older daughter did scare her. We are on grass most of the time and I don't think helmets are needed there. It was a good purchase for us.
👤As our daughter grew her old razor, we got her a quad. I knew exactly when the 2 charming guys were going to come so I called ahead to let them know. Unboxing was easy. Lift the box with the 4 wrapping straps. There was very little trash. 99% of the material was recycled cardboard. Nice! Is it an assembly? It was easy to attach the handlebars. Setting the angle to my daughter's preference took 4 minutes. The quad was ready to test. My daughter yelled and yelled as she opened the throttle. An 11 year old is cursing at his mom. Yes. As they zip around, it's pure joy! The quad can handle adults. It worked just as well for me as it did for my daughter. They lose their ability to hold the same charge over time if they get a spare battery. There is no rush. The smaller version took 4 years to be replaced. This quad is for sale. The online reviews are good. If they let you on it, your kid will have fun.
👤The quad was only used for a short time. A loud clacking noise would not go away. I had to repeat the whole story to a different person every time I called the insurer. I was told to get a hold of them again or I would have to start over again. I sent an email to them and they said that the part was not available and that they would contact me when it came in. I gave the item to my grandson in the middle of May after I purchased it in March. He only used it once a week. I wonder how long it will take and what part they will send. Still waiting. They sent them online to copy the part after a call. The motor was brand new. Now working well. It was pretty impressive that they knew this part made a loud clacking sound.
It's fun to ride. This scooter is reliable and enjoyable for all, whether you commute or just have fun. They recommend wearing proper safety gear at all times. The Razor E 100 electric scooter is the perfect introduction to electric-powered fun for riders ages 8 and up. The motor is powered by a 100 watt, high-torque, single-speed, chain-driven motor. Up to 40 minutes of continuous use is provided by the 24V and 12V sealed-lead-acid battery system. The frame and fork are all-steel for a sturdy ride. The pneumatic front tire helps smooth out rough surfaces.
👤I bought a surprise for my grand daughter. Put it all together as instructed. It was charged for 24 hours. Set the stage for a huge surprise for her to show it to her friends. It didn't work for a second. I had people look at it. I know that everything was done perfectly after I reviewed my steps, the lights show it is charged and I know that I followed directions. I am disappointed that I have to disassemble the repackage to get it shipped. I don't know if I can trust getting this replaced with one that will work. At this point, the hassle is probably not worth it. What a wonderful day for a birthday!
👤My daughter is 7 years old. She has good balance and strength. She likes this sledgehammer. I charged it for 12 hours. We haven't had to charge it yet because she has ridden it a dozen times. She probably uses the battery for about 10 minutes each time. The child will need to push off. We won't get to use it as often since I got it in the fall. It zips pretty quickly for now. My garage is not heated so I will be taking it in for the winter. I had no issues with it for three weeks. The battery is heavy, only one complaint I have. I don't have to lift it because it's stored in a garage and I don't have to.
👤It was 20 months later that the update was very happy. Since day 1, the ride has been as strong as ever. I only had to put air in the front tire 2 or 3 times in 20 months of owning. It's easy to assemble, but don't tighten it too much because the main frame is made out of aluminum, and I've seen aluminum threads. The battery needed a full 12 hours of charge before it could be charged, but it was able to be charged for about 20 hours before my daughter rode it. Ready to ride. My daughter was so excited to ride it that she almost ended up in the street when she kicked off on the driveway which is sloped downward. If you can, have your child in an open space without cars. We went to a park with a track around a small lake. She kicked it up to 3mph, turned the grip, and off she went with me on my bicycle. The little E 100 is small enough to keep a decent pace. We rode for 15 minutes and then came back home and put the bike back on the charging port to keep it charged for a later ride. After 2 hours the green light was on. We took it out for 25 minutes again. There were no issues with the batteries. I feel bad for the children who had problems with their scooters. Ignore the review that said my daughter hated it. The electric motor has to be started until 3mph. I did not know anything about this when I decided to buy. " Come on... It's a nice safety feature for a beginning rider of powered vehicles to get it up to 3mph before the motor engages. It's fun when it gets going.
The bike comes with a 30 day warranty from them, so if you have a problem with the bike, just message them and they will help you. They do not resell or drop ship their own bikes, so you have access to the best prices, the fastest shipping, and the most knowledgeable tech support for as long as you own it. The UB1 seated electric scooter has a sophisticated style. The smooth ride is provided by a pneumatic front tire, padded seat, and soft rubber grips. The power is at your fingertips with the electronic throttle and paddle control. 5 mph for up to 40 minutes of continuous use! The aluminum frame and suspension post seat support riders up to 220 pounds. A pneumatic front tire and airless, flat-free rear tire make for a smooth ride in the city.
👤I knew I was a stretch for this thing, but it lasts less than a mile on flat ground before the battery is weak. It's a punishing ride, with even the faintest bumps juddering through your spine, and there's no freewheel option, so even going down hills you have to use battery. It can't go up even the smallest incline. It barely makes it. It's hard on your hands and it's not light. You will be carrying it a lot. This is for $250. It's $580 today. No. Just no.
👤I will update if things change. I was able to get about a mile before power and speed went down. I charged it for 5 hours. I am 200 lbs. It is a cute little bike, but for an adult, forget the smallest of hills, no way.
👤It's impressive. I get to and from work on one charge. It is easy to ride.
👤I bought it for my daughter. It was a little too fast for her. The fit is perfect. The ub1 is her favorite. The battery should last longer.
👤My son's birthday was celebrated. It wasn't working after being charged as recommended. My son had a replacement in 48 hours after I got in touch with customer service. It's small. The scooter bike is great.
👤It's awesome. I weighed in at 125 lbs. It's good to go to short distance places. You have to have a lower body weight to ride this and the street in Florida is not smooth so you will feel it. It's awesome.
👤Sturdy and fun! Went for a 1.5 mile ride without a problem.
👤There was a missing charge when I received it. Contacted Amazon. Thecharger is not in the description. The manual says it's included. I was given an option to return to get my money back. The option was drop off at the store and it needs high effort since it's more than 10 kilogram and not small. Don't buy it at Amazon. They can't do anything.
👤It seems like an excellent product. I haven't been able to use it yet because it was shipped without a charge. The product arrived a week earlier than it was supposed to, and customer service was very pleasant to deal with, even though there was a missing charge. After testing out the product, May update review. The machine isn't nearly as powerful as was described and 22kp/h is a gross overestimation. The varying throttle mode is a thumb switch which can be pressed to a greater or lesser extent. I wouldn't recommend this for a teenager or an adult.
👤I didn't receive the scooter's charging port, so please send me one as soon as possible.
A distance of up to 19 km on a single charge. The electric fat-tire mountain bike has an electric motor that can be used for a little extra boost. The fat tires allow younger riders to experience the maximum traction and smooth ride of a real fat bike. The mountain e-bike has a durable 6061-series aluminum frame that is built to last. The battery can be locked up. You can coast smoothly even after you stop pedaling with the dual disc brakes. The kids fat bike has dual lever-actuated disc brakes that put control and safety at your fingertips. Customer service is prioritized by their team. Call, email, or chat with their US-based support team for any questions or concerns about your electric bike.
👤I own a number of different electric bikes for different height people in my family, and the Addmotor Hithot H1 is the perfect size for taller people. The Genze Series 200 16-inch frame is for my wife. The most diverse in size adjustment is the Swagtron, it fits all sizes from my 9 yo to my 5'11 frame with no issues. You are looking to purchase a mountain bike. The only electric pedal bike I could find that was specifically designed for kids was the EB=6. My 9 yo is too small for the bike, she is 40's percentile for height. She could ride it. If you saw her, you would ask why you are riding your siblings bike. It is not meant for her. My 11 and 13 year old sons and daughters fit perfectly. He is young. She is 5'2. The bike is made for people with this height. My friend rode it with the seat adjusted up. It looked good for him as well. When I get on it, it feels too small for me. The bike is made for smaller body sizes and was built by Swagtron. It would do well for shorter adults. It is a pleasure to ride a bike without electricity. The mountain bike has the same gears as a regular bike. I've tried going up and down hills to see if it works. I can tell you that the gears are the same as any other mountain bike. It is easy to pedal uphill if you want to. This is a powerful machine. I live on a hill and it's easy to bring a 180 pound body up the hill with ease if you use the throttle alone. It is quick. If you are only using the throttle, it will take about 10 to 15 mph. If you use the pedal assist mode, you can go much faster. The only downfall of the bike is that it doesn't have an assist. Either it is on or off. There isn't anything in between. My Addmotor bike has 5 different levels of assist, from helping just a little at level 1 to full throttle at level 5. My Addmotor bike costs $1600, twice as much as this one, with only one level assist. The pedal assist seems to give the EB6 80% max power. There is no turning down the amount of help. If you turn off the pedal assist, you lose the ability to use the throttle. Since it does not have a multilevel pedal assist, I wish the pedal assist could be turned off but we could just use the throttle when we needed it. The pedal assist and throttle are on or off, so it doesn't do that. It would be easy to fix, without having to provide the more expensive multilevel pedal assist. If you want to have the pedal assist on or off, make sure it's separate from the throttle. I have a bad back and the bike seat feels hard for me. Electric bikes come without shock absorbers, so this is very common. My solution was to buy theiddy up! Bike seat. It had the best reviews on Amazon. The seat has built in shock absorbers and memory foam. It makes the ride more comfortable. The flashing light adds safety. It is a 5 out of 5 star because of the $799 price I paid for it. It seems to be one of the only quality electric bikes that could fit my children. I used a coupon code on the website to get one for a cheaper price. The entire family enjoys biking on the bike routes with tons of hills, we are exercising more and getting healthier. They refused to go biking because of the hills. This bike helps get the entire family outside to exercise.
Classic black can be used to match any bike, it can make your child safer. Don't worry about the risk of kids falling while sitting in the back seat of the bicycles, it's a neat appearance that makes travel full of fun. A chain-driven motor and a twist-grip throttle are included. The motor has speeds up to 12Mph. A long lasting 24V Seal battery system. There is a hand operated rear brake, spring loaded kickstand, large pneumatic tires, and a seat that can be removed. The rear wheel drive has increased traction and control.
👤If I could, I would give it zero stars. We charged it for the time stated in the manual. We will put it under the tree for our son to wake up to. The green light on the charger is always indicating that it is already charged. The battery is most likely unable to hold a charge according to online research. There is a bar. My son's Christmas gift is out as well. I have to figure out how to fix it. Don't buy. I returned the faulty one and received a new one. The new one has no issues so far. Maybe it was a mistake with the one we got initially?
👤I had to return it because it was too much of a challenge for my kid who is a very tall and able six-year-old. I was disappointed to have to return it because it is a great value and well-made, but I would recommend it to larger kids because it is sturdy and well-made, and will be good for him when he is able to handle it.
👤My daughter has been riding since she got it. The deadbeat parents of the other neighborhood kids don't get them one, so they like to ride it.
👤I have been buying razor electric rides for 20 years and they always do what they promise. This one is no different. It is well made and looks great. It was easy to put together. It is a smooth ride and goes really fast. My son rode this full throttle for an hour and a half. The manual says the battery will run for 40 minutes on one charge, so he was able to double that. The manual says you get less riding time on 1 charge than it actually does. The products are fun, durable, and best ever.
👤Our son got a one like this for his daughter last month and it came in with a dent and the bolts wouldn't tighten enough for the seat to move. Spending over 200 dollars on something that shouldn't be is very irritated.
👤My son received this as a Christmas gift. I liked the whole scooter. It was what it was described to be. The scooter came in a box and there was no assembly for it. The drives are great and keep a charge.
👤It is a well built scooter. The one we received was not functional. The green/red light on the plug doesn't light up when I try multiple outlets. Everyone else seems to be working well.
👤We charge it for hours and it doesn't go fast at all. It is already dead by 15 minutes of riding. Very disappointed. The waste of $200.
👤The scooter hits the ground. The bottom will be hit by the slightest change in slope.
👤Fastness keeps on riding.

👤The bike is great. Every time. I use a different type of gasoline. My 7 year old will only ride for a year. The bike will be too small. That is the only bad side. I would do it.
👤This dirt bike has been perfect for my 9 year old son. This is a good bike for a beginner. It was easy for my husband to put it together. The directions were hard to read, but he was able to put it together by himself in 45 minutes. It's perfect for my son's size. It goes fast enough to not cause a heart attack. We were very satisfied with our purchase.
👤The chain falls off after adjustment, so don't waste your time buying this product. We looked at the product in the gas tank and there was rust. I wouldn't recommend this item.
👤A nice bike for my nephew. He likes it. It is powered by gas. I don't have to replenish it. The right speed is not too fast.
👤A 9 year old is small. Would not recommend.
👤It is a little small but my grandson loves it. It goes fast. He was already slinging mud.
The Segway app for a new rider can be used for quality assurance. If you have any problems, please contact them. A soft padded seat and wide bamboo deck make for a comfortable ride. SMOOTH HANDLING is provided by air-filled 16" tires. The hand brake and hand throttle are comfortable. The luggage rack and basket can be used to tote your groceries, books, or bags. The EcoSmart series now has a hub-driven motor. The motor has a max speed of 25 km/h. The rear-wheel drive shifts weight to the rear, enhancing both drive traction and ease of steering. A distance of up to 19 km on a single charge.
👤If it is ready to ride at the time it is turned on, I would give it 5 stars. I want to be able to turn it on and go if one of my kids wipes out on their bike. I have to give it a good 3 minutes or more before I can get it to go. The other model of this scooter seems better to me. I would expect a better amount of money.
👤I got the hub-driven because it's quiet, it's fun, and it motivates me to lose weight. How? My daughter is 40 lbs heavier than I am and we ride together. The weight limit for this scooter is 220 lbs, so I have to do other work outs so we can ride it together. How does she ride with me? Simply standing in front of the seat. We enjoy going around the neighborhood. You can modify the battery with the bigger chain driven motor. The noise made by the chain drives can be a plus to alert pedestrians but the hub drives are quiet. If you have a regular mini passenger like me, you can enjoy music or conversation. The chain is reliable even though it may need a little lubrication. Since the motor is sealed, there is no need for maintenance. It doesn't require a kick to start. The range and speed are the same. This is my third razor electric scooter, the other two are for my kids.
👤This is the best purchase I have made this year. I ride it to and from work. It's the only challenge I face and it's very heavy. It was a great investment.
👤90 Day update. The red light on the battery charging light failed so that the green light was always on. I was happy that it was a $20 charge, not the actual batteries. It's not a big deal. I don't recommend a lower after market charge. The old version of Ecosmart Metro is doing well. The HD new style scooter was purchased by me with the hope of improved performance and battery life. I can't say that the HD is better than the scooter. The old chain driven 500 watt motor has a 15% weaker acceleration than the 350 hub motor. The annoying band brake is used. The battery box is small, so you can't mod it with larger batteries. The charge time is longer because the charger is one Amp instead of 1.5. The HD has a lower foot board and better center of gravity, which makes it better at handling. I can't wait for the L ion Ecosmart.
👤The seat is sturdy and has a large basket. I wanted a variable speed throttle so I could go slowly. You can start moving this scooter without having to use your feet. It's fun to go to some stores and leave it locked outside. I recommend getting a helmet and a couple of mirrors to see traffic. It's non-foldable and heavy. The range is low, but I haven't pushed it too far yet. The battery meter on the throttle has three indicators. I successfully wired and installed the better battery meter that I bought. The meter's red and black wires can be connected to the controller. I made a wiring diagram for you. The red wire is blue. I recommend this to the average person, especially for short trips where you can bring it with you.
Extra-wide deck to accommodate both feet. The wheels are 120mm/80mm and have 2 at the front and 2 at the back. Each time you twist the throttle, the blue LEDs on the deck light up. The motor is powered by a 100 watt, high-torque, single-speed, chain-driven motor. Up to 40 minutes of continuous use is provided by the 24V and 12V sealed-lead-acid battery system. The air-filled front tire helps make the ride smooth. The frame and fork are all-steel for a sturdy ride.
👤I bought the scooters for the boys. I followed the directions and recommendations of other reviewers and charged them 24 hours later. On the big day, the boys unwrapped them and jumped on them. The batteries died after 30 minutes. We tried to charge them, but they wouldn't take a charge. The batteries were all over the place when the scope was put on them by the dad, which means they are not good. They have to be charged once a month, after reading the instructions, if they are used or not. I'm not sure what that's about, I'm sure these scooters have been sitting around for a while before I bought them. Since the instructions say to contact Razor, not where purchased from, any repairs or replacements will be calling them. Once I speak them, I will review again.
👤Not what I was expecting. We thought it would allow you to turn, but it's made for full throttle strait-aways. You have to turn and release the gripb, it comes to a stop, then you have to squeeze the throttle again. He said I would save my money for a better one, for my 9 year old and 12 year old. My 9 year old loves it. The other brothers gave it a rating of 2. It is not shabby for the price. All in all. I give it a 3 out of 5. Don't buy it, I don't want to say that. It is a razor, it is cool. I am happy it only goes 10 mph. I would be afraid of it going faster. You don't just pull the throttle and stand on it. You have to peddle to get the wheels going. That is the reason I give it a 2 out of 5. I would have spent more money on another one if I knew this.
👤I got this for my 7 year old for her birthday and she absolutely loves it. It lights up at night and people can see her riding at night around the campground and at home. The battery lasts a long time and it goes fast. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the handlebars will loosen up after a while and you won't be aligned with the front tire. It's a simple fix, but I have had to re-tighten it multiple times after she rides it because it's just kind of a pain. It's been great. After a year, this scooter decided to stop working. Since we have 6 months of winter in Michigan, it's not like it was used everyday. It was used a lot in the summer and fall. I'm not sure what went wrong. When my daughter takes it off, it no longer goes into automatic mode. She has to ride it manually all the time. The green light says it's charged, but it won't go anywhere. I had a 2 year warranty plan and they paid off my debt. The extended warranty package got 5 stars and the scooter got 2 stars.
The brake style is Rear Braking. The Razor Power Core in-wheel hub motor has a twist of the throttle. A kick-to-start, 100 watt, high- Torque hub motor with no alignment, chain or belt, for a maintenance-free ride, is powered by a kick-to-start, 100 watt, high- Torque hub motor. 50% more ride time is provided by the 24V (two 12V) sealed lead-acid battery system than the Razor E 100. The aluminum deck and all-steel frame and fork are rugged enough for use. Pneumatic front tire and airless, flat-free rear tire offer a smooth ride.
👤The scooter is better than I expected. I was surprised by the size of the deck when I took it out of the box. There is a lot of room for kids feet. My 10yr old and my 8yr old received this gift. They have been riding these scooters since Christmas. The boys are going out and riding despite the weather. It was fun to take it for a spin around the block. This scooter had no problem with me being on it, I weigh 160 pounds. I will not be riding it because of the weight limit for the scooter, but I had to try it out. The boys are very happy with the scooters and they keep them out of the house. The life span of the batteries and the longevity of the scooters remain to be seen, but for now they are getting lots of ride time and seem to have no problem with the paces my boys are putting them through. My 8yr old is a bit on the small side, and to get the scooter going you have to get it going just as if it was a regular kick scooter. You have to turn the throttle to get the battery power. The scooter takes off when this happens. It took my son a while to get used to being smaller and lighter. It's not a big deal, but worth mentioning. He and his brother love the scooter.
👤Don't buy. The motor started smoking after my son rode it for less than 5 hours. It doesn't run anymore! My son is only 62 lbs. Should be sure to read all the bad reviews.
👤I bought this for my daughter in December of 2020. Buying a scooter over the winter holidays is not a good strategy if you live in a cold climate and the scooter doesn't see use until the spring. She is athletic and weighs around 70 lbs. She needed some practice using the break instead of dragging her feet to stop, but had no trouble adapting to it within 10 minutes. Handling and speed are perfect for her. It is perfect to take to local parks for play when you are getting 3-4 miles before needing a refill. The batteries did not last long this summer. The customer service was excellent. I had to pay for the batteries, but they reduced or waived. The shipping is around 45 dollars. I don't use wires or electricity, but changing the batteries was easy once I watched an online video. The scooter is back to where it should be. My daughter loves using it a year after purchase. My only complaints are based on my inexperience with scooters and not the fault of razor. It is light but still a PITA to carry. When the battery died on my scooter, I started to look at folding scooters because I wanted my child to grow up with them. I would like it to have more range. I might have bought her the power core 90, which is supposed to have twenty more minutes use per charge, as it is advertised as going 1mph slower and may be abumpier ride, but for our uses another mile or two. I would definitely buy this, or something similar, again.
Pick the shade that best suits your vibe and personalize your ride with many color variations. Double the fun. You can enjoy a fully-functional GoKart with range up to 13 miles and speed up to 10mph if you attach your Ninebot S to the GoKart Kit. The drift experience can be enjoyed by both kids and adults. The Segway Ninebot GoKart is designed to fit most riders. The frame and steering wheel can fit riders from 4' to 6'3" with a max load of 220 pounds. Ninebot S's hand brake & brake pedal offer a double braking system that improves safety. Two layers of impact protection give high-strength protection for the scooter body. Gokart Kit is easy to assemble and fun to ride. Attach and detach Ninebot S before and after riding. The user manual has the assembling steps. It can fit in trunks of most cars. The Segway app for a new rider can be used for quality assurance. If you have any problems, please contact them.
👤We received the Gokart Pro less than two weeks ago and one of the rear tires is already done. Segway Ninebot doesn't sell those tires. The tires are very weak.
👤I have put about 50 miles on it since it was given to me. I can give a fair review if we have enough Segway Ninebots. It is amazing. The length is not comfortable at 6ft plus but more like 5-5 range and 175. I am 5'4" and 160s. If I'm saying it's tight, it's tight. The go-kart is easy to handle at short turns. When you hit max speed, it gets touched. Small movements can change your direction. It's ok to drift. I like shopping parking lots and open parking lots. The open road is not meant for long uses. I ride it hard at track speed and get a solid hour of straight riding on a parking lot. I ran out of juice and needed a ride home. All of it was a 9 for me. Absolutely enjoyable. As a kid, you wanted everything. I dropped the $2k 5 days before it was $1800 because of the great reviews and insights on what to expect.
👤This thing is dead in the water. This was my son's big gift and it was a bit of a bust. It took him a while to put it all together. There weren't many helpful videos on the internet at the time. It wouldn't take a charge once it was all together. I've tried to work through Amazon and now with Segway... We are 10 days past Christmas and I have no answers from either Amazon or Segway. This isn't the first Segway we have. My son's other one has been used for a couple years and we really like it. I had to buy a new Segway to use with the GoKart kit.
👤The review will be updated in the next six months as more time is spent with the Kart. The first part of the review will focus on assembly and the test drive. I bought this for my son for Christmas. It's not his first motorized vehicle. The Kart was hard to assemble according to reviews before I purchased it. That is incorrect. Two years ago, I purchased a Jeep for my kids. The box has almost all of the Kart assembled in it. The Ninebot S and the power cord that connects the Kart to the Ninebot S are required. It's very easy. The seat and steering wheel were adjusted in a simple way. The Ninebot S comes ready to attach to the kart if you purchased it. I don't understand what problems customers have with assembly. The instructions are good, but not great. This is the reason why there is a video sharing website. Before attempting to drive, be sure to register and setup using the app. The process took a little longer than I thought because the update stopped and then started again. I went into other apps during the update. The new rider instructions in the app are not very easy to understand. The kart had a 30% battery. I took it for a half mile drive to find out how the machine works. I'm over the stated weight limit but the kart moved quickly. I can't imagine how it will handle a 35 pound kid.
This is a one-of-a-kind, thrill pumping, power-sliding ride. The GKS can be used as both electric scooter and kick scooter. Put one foot on the front button and then the other on the gravity sensor to accelerate the scooter. 5mph. The assisted motor of the GKS scooter makes it easy for your child to master. Lifting your foot from the back gravity sensor and putting your foot on the rear brake will make the stop safe. The kick scooter is perfect for kids up to 154 lbs. The assembly is simple and can be done together. It is also suggested that there be supervision while riding. The kids e-scooter is equipped with a 50. The motor has a top speed of up to 7. 5mph, aircraft-grade metal and V0 fire retardant deck. Units passed a check. The GKS is a simple yet beautiful design and features no external cables, a light weight shell, and a simple yet beautiful design. They have a variety of color options for boys and girls. 👤The last 3 months have been the best of my 7-yr old's life because she was able to ride her new electric scooter. She took great care of it, it was her most precious possession. It was always inside after a ride that others were not allowed to ride on it. And then it broke. She is very sad. She is not the only one that has a 1* review. It will not help to call the company and ask for a replacement scooter. Which hurts my heart. If it had broken down in the first month, I could have returned it to Amazon and ordered one that would fall in the 98% of happy customers. My little girl is crying.
👤Purchase: Beware. I bought two. One died immediately after first use. The scooters were plugged in with a red light on the charge. The light was green for 3 hours before being removed. On the second day one went about 100 yards and died. I plugged it in again and was given a green light that it was fully charged, but the scooter was dead. I am 100% positive that it is a faulty scooter since I have two and both went through the same charge cycles. I can't say if it's the electronics or the battery, but it's definitely not a problem. Poor quality control on these scooters. Fortunately, Amazon took the scooter back without question and promptly gave me my money back. I started a ticket at GoTrax and it was a complete disaster. You can't call a number to talk to someone. They will give you a run around with 72 hour gaps in responses and a meaningless exchange consideration process. If you buy through Amazon, you at least have the return window so it's worth the risk. If you buy directly from GoTrax, you are likely to be on your own if something goes wrong. It doesn't take much to get outside the warranty window. Just saying. I have two children with one functioning scooter and the death watch begins. Hopefully it will happen before the Amazon return window closes. If the guts just worked, the scooter seems to be solid and a quality build. The company has not resolved whatever this is and allows it to continue as a common flaw. Have to believe that they don't care. Law of large numbers to them. I will not replace it with a GoTrax scooter. Only purchase from this company. Don't buy if you're warned.
👤There are three main reasons why kids switch from one mode of transportation to another. Boys prefer any kind of transport that gives them faster speed. The present scooter gives us the same speed uphills as a regular scooter. neighbours are interested in how much we got
👤I was shopping for a scooter for my daughter. I was considering buying a full size scooter, but they are only meant for kids 13 and older. There are many more controls which could overwhelm someone coming from an unpowered kick scooter. If you have a curious child, you can limit the speed to 9mph. We looked at some razor options, but they were either too expensive or too awkwardly styled for my daughter's tastes. The Gotrax GKS fit the bill perfectly here. It is very reasonable for a well built electric scooter. Four bolts were used to hold the front wheel on, and four bolts were used to put the handlebars on. The handlebar is self centering during installation, so I like that. We put it on the charge after that. We tried to wait for 5 hours, but the light on the charging station was green, so I let her go for a ride. She found it very easy to ride, the switches on the deck were easy to push down, and she didn't have to change her riding style. It was very quiet. We thought it wasn't working at first, but then she accelerated off with no sound. It is smooth. She was happy with the way it decelerated after you kicked it. It's easy to brake. It was easy for her to feel safe with the brake on her kick scooter. Feel heavy. She doesn't mind the heft at 17 pounds. It does seem to glide fairly well, despite being a bit more effort when pushing around unpowered. I'm glad we didn't go with a bigger scooter, the ones that were looking at it were 27 to 30 pounds. It looks pretty cool. This has enough blue to make her happy. I asked her if she was going to put a sticker on it, and she said that it looks good. We're off to a great start, but we'll update this review once we know more about battery life and reliability.
