👤Small is not good for a young person. The handle bars can weigh up to 120 lbs.

👤My 6 year old grandson had previously ridden non-motorized scooters. He loves it. I waited to write a review to see how it goes. It has been a few months and it is working well. They have not had any problems with it. The scooter fits my grandson well, he is a little on the small side. He has been on motorized things from a young age and this was a no-brainer for him. I don't know if it would be appropriate for other kids. It depends on the child. Helmet and knee/elbow pads are required. I would buy it again.

👤I was excited to give my daughter a scooter for Christmas, but it looked like it was made for a person who was 3 feet tall. I returned this junk because I was very disappointed. The reviews gave it 4.5 stars, but it's not even close to a 1 star. I hope I can find something to make up my daughter's Christmas.

👤My sons received 2 scooters on the 27th after I bought them on May 23rd. It was easy to assemble and work well. One of them broke down. The warranty on these things is terrible. You only get 30 days to return the product for a new one on Amazon, and the part is 3-6 weeks on backorder. I spent $150 plus tax on a scooter for my son, but it sat in the garage for the rest of the summer. The first set of razor scooters we purchased had issues. We will not buy from them again. Shop elsewhere if you want to save yourself some serious frustration.

👤He really enjoys it. Seven years old bought this for Christmas. There are many electric toys we have had. His favorites are this and the hoverboard. It takes a while to charge, but ride time is good. I keep the battery charged. I want to buy an adult size for myself so we can ride together.

👤When it arrived, the box had been opened and re taped. The scooter was dirty and had no charge in the box. I am not a happy person and this was a return from the previous buyer.

👤The first electric scooter. My 7 year old loves it. It's important that he's happy and not too fast for the parents to watch. The kids have a hard time picking up and moving around.

👤I got this for my daughter's 8th birthday. Her first attempt was shaky, but she was 800-273-3217 If your child is taller, the handle bars might be a bit short.

👤The battery life is good and I rode it home with the little one because she wasn't very enthusiastic. It is powerful enough to haul us up a decent hill, and it goes forever, so you would expect it to be stronger. It was actually anazed for what it is.

Brand: Viro Rides

👤My grandson loves this scooter. His sister ruined his back tire when she held the throttle and the brake at the same time. I inquired about a replacement tire. I hope I can change it out if I get one. I talked to a person at VIRO. The tire can't be changed. The entire unit needs to be replaced. Customer service will respond to this. It took a lot of back and forth emails and paperwork, but they replaced the scooter! My grandson was ecstatic that they did.

👤Defective. It stopped working after my son rode it for 10 minutes. I tried putting it on a charge again, but it still didn't work. Customer service has been a joke. I'm still having trouble with them almost three weeks later. They are sending a new battery to see if it will fix it. It has been a week.

👤It says that most scooters battery lasts for 30-40 minutes, but it takes 12 hours to refill. I love the design. I bought used from Amazon. The colors pop. This scooter is supposed to go 10mph. Unless I kick it, Barley moves.

👤The first scooter that Little Tikes replaced quit running after less than 30 days of use. Within the first week of use, the replacement scooter has done the same thing. I've asked for a refund instead of a replacement. The look and design of the scooter is awesome, but not very durable or well built.

👤It is easy to assemble - less than 10 minutes. The colors are pleasing. The scooter is in perfect working order and is able to pull my weight, even though I am 150 lbs and the outer Amazon box came nearly destroyed. It was fun to ride.

👤My youngest son is 14 years old and I bought this scooter for him. The scooter has lights on the left and right sides, which he likes. Both sides light up. It is very smooth but not very well on the bumpy roads and sidewalks. I like how easy it was to assemble this scooter. The only thing I used was a small and large Allen wrench. It also has a charge. The motor of the scooter needs a small amount of gain before it starts. I was very happy with my purchase.

👤It took us 5 minutes to put it together. If you want someone else to put together, don't buy the extra. Total scam.

👤I bought it a couple weeks ago for my boy's birthday. The scooter is loud now that he has ridden it a few times. I don't know if it's normal. It still works, just this noise.

👤A damaged box prevented the scooter from turning on. I was hoping to have it for my son's birthday. They will get a chance to improve my rating if I return and order a new one. The new one works and looks really cool but it's not fast. The kid will have control and that will be a good thing for some people. I bought another popular kids scooter just in case this didn't show up on time and the speed comparison didn't go as planned. The razor one I got will keep up with bikes, but the runtime is twice as long, and not good for the house. The kid will be using the scooter in a certain location. The price will probably double if I want the power and range of the Razor with the VIRO style and size. Hope this helps.

👤I haven't ridden this scooter in a while. I am enjoying every second of it. I've ridden Bird/Lime rental scooters before so I have something to compare. The main advantages of renting scooters are slightly better power and range, but at the cost of being heavier, not to mention that you never really know what condition the scooter will be in before riding; the battery level, brakes, other adjustments may be less than ideal. I can see why people like this because it's a low commitment option compared to having your own scooter. I prefer having my own place where I can maintain it myself and always know it's ready to go. Like any machine, there is some self maintenance that is unavoidable. I am a 160 pound rider. On my last ride, I went through a college campus with lots of elevation change, starting from a full charge. The scooter performed well with good acceleration and only struggled on the steep hills, it's difficult to walk up these hills for a long period of time. The brakes worked well and I felt in control. I had 3 out of 4 bars, even though I think it may be approaching 2 bars. The handling was able to move around other pedestrians with ease and still hold up at higher speeds. Even though I didn't get a reliable top speed measurement, I was able to reach about 16 mph without full throttle, even though I wasn't able to find a stretch of flat road that was long enough. Rider weight, hill angle, and battery level will be the main factors in determining top speed. TheBattery gauge could have more bars to help show battery level more accurately. It will dip down temporarily while going up steep hills, and then back up once you get to level ground. This is normal. When there is a high demand for electricity, every battery powered device will do this. You are fighting gravity going up hills and it takes a lot of power. It is hard to engage the cruise control with theThrottle being very sensitive. If you want to enable cruise control, you need to hold a steady speed for a few seconds and then remove your hand from the throttle. If you want to disengage, turn the engine on. I didn't know about this feature before I got this scooter, but it is nice to have. If you are going on a long ride, I would use this pin. It's not necessary, but it gives me a bit of mind knowing there's an extra piece of steel in case I don't want it to folding up. It's annoying to have to do it frequently. The next design should have a safety pin. When I realized that the magnetic brake and disk brake were controlled by the same brake handle, I added another brake handle on the other side of the vehicle so that I could control them separately. I used a standard bicycle brake handle and it worked well. They probably went with a simpler design to make it more comfortable for the rider, but I like having the option to use either brake independently or together. The magnetic brake works well overall and provides good stopping power, but it works less and less as you slow down. When I need to come to a complete stop, I only use the disk brake at lower speeds. * If you are comfortable with making such modifications and know that your safety is your own, then you should do this. One thing that annoyed me was the implication that there was a gear system included with this scooter and that "gear" 1 would climb hills better while "gear" 2 would be better for top speed. I could be wrong, but I am certain that this is B.S. and the 1 and 2 refer to an electronic power limiter. I think this feature is great to be able to change it to 1 for someone who is learning and/or a young rider, but I think it's misleading to call it that. I don't plan on opening it up to confirm this, but I have tried going into "gear" 1 to go up hills better and have noticed that "gear" 2 is better for both hill climbing and top speed. There is a weird resonance that happens at a specific speed. It is strange to go from almost completely silent to a louder vibrating sound, but it doesn't bother me. I think it's possible that this is a thing that happens with variable electric motor bikes. If anything else develops, I will update again. I'm still enjoying every ride on this scooter and commute daily. The tire pressure was low. I had to pump them up. The front one is hard to get just right. The tire valve adapter that comes with the scooter is hard to remove quickly enough to not let air out of the tire. I had to practice for a long time to get it. If you can, I would recommend pumping it up to 50psi and then removing the adapter as quickly as possible. It will allow some air out and hopefully stop around 50 psi. I squeezed the back tire with my hands and compared it to the front to make sure it was close enough. The scooter rides differently depending on tire pressure. I feel more bumps when I go faster with normal pressure. Lower pressure will give you a smooth ride, but limit your speed and range. If you release air for more than a second, you will likely already be too low and need to pump it back up. I can fill up the whole tire in a few pumps.

Brand: Zeebull

👤Unpacked from the box. Doesn't start the electric motor. The instructions say to charge for 7 hours. I charged more than seven hours the next morning. I tried a few brands and found them easy to fold, but the plastic clip was rather delicate, and I didn't like the scooter at all, so I'm returning it today. They don't let me. I have to rank one.

👤A rolling start is required. The driveway couldn't get to the top. A man is 190 lbs. A girl is 100 lbs. Same result. It really needed an overnight charge despite showing full charge. The performance the next day was better. The clip that keeps the stock upright was missing. There was an extra set of screws. It works offroad if it is flat. The design is strong but very grabby.

👤This is an awesome product that I would highly recommend to everyone, especially people who camp and RV. It takes about 5 minutes to setup the screws. We go RV a lot with my two kids. It is hard to maneuver in an RV in a campsite, you have to walk a long distance to get to the office after a long day of driving. I use it to get to the liquor store quickly. I can get up to 15 mile an hour if I weigh 200 pounds. The battery lasts 13 miles. I keep my kids on slow mode because it has a slow and fast mode. He seems to fit perfectly in the trunk or compartment of your RV. Highly recommended for outdoor families.

👤The scooter can reach speeds of 15mph when running. One time charge can last for an hour. The scooter can be put under the seat of a subway or train. The price is a plus compared to other similar products.

👤I like its speed and power. It looks nice. It works well for my needs. The instructions could be better. Let me help. The function button is where it says "Press 2s to power on." Hold for 2 seconds is what it means. It may take 3 or 4 seconds. I thought it meant press twice. I had read all the instructions before I tried to power up, but I thought that 2s meant "twice." The holes on the handle bars and steering column weren't straight. I would prefer a Phillip's head over a hex head.

👤So far, so good. We had scooters for a while. My son has a scooter and the fact that it has 2 speed settings is awesome. The first setting on his scooter goes around 9mph and the first setting on his hoverboard goes between 7 and 8 mph. The top speed is between 15 and 16 mph. The cars move as fast as you do if you're moving around the city. You don't have to stop and wait at the lights. If you don't own a car, it's good to have transportation and family fun. It's perfect for school or just getting to and from friends if you have a teen that constantly asks for rides. It's worth it. We have the white and black ones.

Refer to the product details below for warranty information for different parts.

Brand: Segway

👤I bought 2 Segway scooters for Christmas 2020. I didn't have a plan to ride them until the spring. We took them out for a 10 minute spin in the high 40s on a nice day in January. The fender/braking system snapped off of one of the scooters. On January 14th, I chatted with a person on a Segway. The person I talked to said the scooter is under warranty and the part would be shipped to me within 20 days. The rep was given 4 pictures of the broken fender. I have no part after 2 months and 2 weeks. I've called Segway 3 times. I email them at least 12 times. I asked a supervisor to get involved. He said my trouble ticket would be assigned to him, but still no resolution. The communication from the Segway representatives has been terrible. No one sends me updates. Unless I chase them, no one makes contact with me. I asked if the part was still being manufactured. No one knows the answer to that question. It was suggested that a used part could be shipped to me for repair. I inquired about an exchange and was told a refurbished scooter would be what I would receive. I don't think that's a real resolution. I requested a full refund this morning after I received my purchase receipt. The supervisor from Segway said a box and label would be sent to me because the scooter is under warranty. I was reassured that the company I was buying from was trustworthy. I am warning anyone looking to purchase from Segway that their customer service processes are garbage.

👤This Segway is the best for two reasons: it's best for short commute to and from work, and it's best for bringing up 3 flights of stairs to my apartment or down the subway stairs. I have lighter scooters, but they can't take the pounding of the potholes and atrocious road conditions of Brooklyn, NY, as well as this one does. I bought a heavier scooter that was too heavy for my frame, but it was too heavy for transportation. The compromise is the ES1L. A full charge will get me about 9 miles, but if the weather is cold it will be less. I have to charge it every day to get enough juice. It has a sport mode that can speed you up to 24 kmh, but I haven't used it, and the standard mode is enough for that. I find the 20 kmh speed at standard mode quick enough to get me through the 4.5 mile commute in 35 minutes. The headlights it came with are just bright enough to alert drivers in front of you about your presence - I bought a separate one to illuminate the road in front of me during night time trips. Attach some good ones to your backpack or helmet if you don't have rearlights. The corner of the platform is starting to lift up, but that can easily be fixed. The scooter is light but sturdy. The electric brakes have started to fail a month after purchase. The stroller is kept in the brakes unless you push the brake throttle back up. Customer Service stopped taking a charge after contacting them. I have a dead scooter. I have been waiting for a box to be sent to me for 2 weeks. Segway needs to improve their customer service. Will say how the refurbished unit performs. After a year of regular use, the battery is no longer working. It only lasts 6 miles per full charge on standard speed mode. It is more sensible to replace the battery at the repair shop than it is to do so at the store. The longevity of Segways is not the best.

6. Ninebot Electric Long Range Foldable Portable

Ninebot Kickscooter MAX by Segway is the most powerful and sturdy electric scooter. Refer to the product details below for more information on different parts. The brake style is Rear Braking.

Brand: Segway

👤You will never get to 40 miles on one battery. In the middle mode, I got 21 miles. The max speed is only true when the battery is over 80% charged. You're doing 13 mph in sport mode when it slows down to 30%. Don't believe it when Segway says it is normal. That is a lie. I have a Segway scooter that has a 25% battery. I don't like companies being able to lie and get away with it.

👤It gets the job done and is enjoyable. I've taken it around the neighborhood. It is a real head turner and makes you smile quickly. Ringing the bell at pedestrians is very satisfying. I think it expresses superiority. It does fit in the trunk of my car without any problems, despite its large size.

👤I have put almost 100 miles on the scooter and I have more information. I carry a lot of weight in my groceries with the help of my handlebars. About 30 pounds. The weight won't affect your steering if you get it centered. The speed restriction is the biggest annoyance to date. The speed goes up to 16. You can feel it even though it doesn't sound like much. I wish you could just use the extra battery. Even if I only go 4 or 5 miles, I have to charge it every single day. I wish I could keep top speed at zero because I hate the effect on the battery. I have taken this everywhere without a car. I had it in front of my seat to see Star Wars when I rode it to the movie theater. I don't mind going 6 or 7 miles in one direction. It is fast and responsive. I have a set of regenerative brakes that are set to the max so I don't have to use the hand brake as much. Since people don't pay attention to cars, going 18 mph puts you at a lot of risk. Minor improvements to the scooter would make it even better. If they would let it, software updates could fix the speed restriction. I am loving this scooter. There are many good things about it. I bought it to travel around the city so I wouldn't have to buy another car with all its costs. I will be driving this 1 mile everyday to and from work, to the grocery stores, and to events. I will give an initial list of things I like and I will add to it in a week or so. Great range! The tires absorb a lot of the road impact, the grip in rain is good, and it's easy to use. There were no problems or lack of control. The charge is fast. Love that. It doesn't require you to carry a brick to charge. The cable is integrated inside. The secondary locking mechanism is cheap plastic. I broke it the first time I tried to lower it. It was a good thing it didn't do much, but it's so low quality that it's useless. The rear light is small and low.

7. Mongoose Scooter Inflated Wheels Black

Mongoose Scooter Inflated Wheels Black

Multiple lighting modes, including high, medium, low, and flashing, make the Headlight double as a handheld flashlight. It can be used when you are running, hiking, camping, road side emergency, walking your dog, cycling, power outage and more. You will be safe and secure at any time of the day, thanks to enhanced visibility and comfort. There are 3 modes of taillight, each with 36+ hours of runtime, strobe 72+ hours of runtime, and flash 96+ hours of runtime. This is not an electric scooter, it is a bike with 12 inch air filled bike style tires, and it can be used for urban cruising or riding around the neighborhood. BMX bike style handle bars and hand brakes are easy to stop and build confidence in. The wide foot deck makes it easy to balance and stable while coasting. It looks like a bike, but it's not inline skate wheel scooters. If you want to grind a side walk on the way to the park, you need the 2 axle pegs. The deck is made of steel traction coated and has a handle bar that can be adjusted.

Brand: Mongoose

👤Make sure that you have all the necessary tools and the right amount of time to take it to a bike shop for assembly before you order this scooter. If it is not assembled correctly, your child's life may be at risk if they use it on Public Street. There are tools needed. The Allen wrench has a 6mm diameter. A box end wrench or sockets 3. Utility knife or cable cutter. There is an air pump or compressor. I paid for this scooter myself and was not compensated in any way for the review. It is larger than a kick scooter. It can handle riders of over 150 lbs. It is too big for a child under the age of 7. The box says age 8+. I have to put the rear seat down to get it in a standard car because there is no folding provision. It glides over most bumps, cracks, andIrregularities because it has nice 12” wheels. The storm drain covers are still dangerous. The packaging was good. The box said that it shouldn't be placed on its side and didn't show any signs of being damaged. The scooter had all the parts in a box and it was difficult to pull them out. I used wire scissors to cut off zip ties and remove paper and plastic from the parts. The wheels are not flat. There will be an air pump needed. The chuck on the valve stem would not fit between the hub and rim if the hand pump that holds it wasn't able to fit between the hub and rim. I needed to use my compressor. If your bike pump doesn't fit, take the wheels to a service station for air before attaching them to the frame The construction quality is comparable to that produced in China. The rear brake pads were tightened out of alignment. The brake pads are likely to be adjusted. The brake cable ferrules are not crimped correctly and will fall off. Put a drop of super glue in it, tap it in place, wrap the wire end in electrical tape, or use a short piece of shrink tube on the end. The handlebars aren't attached. You will need to position the handlebars. I was able to do this with one hand, but a second person would make it easier. The handlebars need to be tightened and the cables need to be attached. There are two cables on the right for the rear brake and one on the left for the left brake handle. It's not difficult to adjust the brakes, just take your time. 1. The cable is at the rear calipers. 2. Route the cables from the right brake lever to the upper cable stop. 3. The beaded end should be slid sideways into the detangler if you screw the barrel adjusters all the way into the upper cable stop. 4. Pull the brake cable from the calipers if the rear brake calipers are closed. 5. The cable clamp nut needs to be tightened. 6. The wheel will turn freely and stop easily if the brakes are adjusted at the calipers, lever and detangler. The front brakes, 1. The cable is at the front calipers 2. Push the cable up into the head tube to reach the brake lever. 3. Align the slots in the barrel adjuster, nut and break lever with the help of a screw. 4. Feed the cable into the slot on the barrel adjuster by opening the round opening under the break lever. 5. The barrel should be turned 12 turn. 6. Pull the cable tight if the front brake calipers are closed. 7. The nut for the caliper cable is 8. The front wheel will turn freely and stop easily if the brake lever is engaged. The assembly took 40 minutes from the time the box arrived. I provided detailed instructions on how to assemble the scooter so that potential buyers can make an informed decision. My daughter had a scooter. She was gauged to gauge her interest and ability. She didn't use her scooter much until she was seven. She has worn it out in the past 3 months. This is not a review of that scooter. She couldn't keep up with her friends and small bumps caused her to fall and she was afraid of the streets in our neighborhood. She can keep up with her friends now that she has the mongoose. The kids prefer her scooter over any other brand. My daughter says it is a solid 5 and I gave it a five because she is the one who rides it every day. I removed the axel pegs from the rear of the vehicle after she hit them with her ankle on her first test ride. I am not sure if I will keep them on or not after I reattached them.

Brand: Hover-1

👤I waited for the scooter to arrive. The first 2 delivery dates were moved. I have only had the scooter for a week and it is a disappointment. The brakes don't work if you are going fast or downhill. If you try to brake hard, the tires will slide and you won't be able to stop in an emergency. The scooter will only go 3 mph after the battery goes down for about 5 minutes. I bought it to help me get up the hill quickly for work. This is not fast. The wheels are small and hard, making driving sideways horrible. The sidewalk feels like a brick wall. Not a smooth ride and not a fast ride. I regret the purchase. I gave it 2 stars because it moves.

👤It's amazing! The best scooter ever for commute. It has 3 speeds. Number 1 is fast. If you hurry, you will get there super fast. My mask flew off as I did number 2. It's true! I'm afraid to try number 3. And don't need it now. I can go to publix and shop with my backpack. It's easy to store away when you know how. I was annoyed at first. I didn't know how to fold it. The handles have to be moved up and down while holding and pressing the laver. Then bend. This is the easiest way to squat.

👤Get the warranty. I sent my second one back because of the same issue. The first one wouldn't turn on. This one will not take a charge. Beyond disappointed. My daughter was disappointed after her birthday that shipping was three weeks late. Good news woke me up.

👤I commute from home to my office and occasionally to the gym on this scooter. It's been exactly as I'd hoped for since I've used it for almost a month. The box says a full charge can run for 7.5 miles, but I found it can go up to 9 miles. It can go 15mph on max speed. I found a negative review about the brakes and found that if you brake using the red lever and then press on the rear brake at the same time, you will stop more quickly. It comes with a bright light. It's not the perfect electric scooter, but for the price, I think it's great. The paint on the scooter can scratch very easily, and it's heavy to carry around, so I've noticed the issues. The wheels are small so it can be hard to go over bumps. Scooters with small wheels are more expensive. I can deal with these for 200 bucks. The scooter works, is sturdy, can go fast, and can go for a longer distance than 7.5 miles as the box indicates, even though I have gone over many large bumps and cracks. It makes me ride to work everyday and I'm very happy with it.

👤My daughter is 11 years old. The main body of the box was not properly secured because the speedometer screw was missing. I tried to charge the scooter, but the light on the light was not turning green to red as the instructions stated. The scooter was still not fully charged 4 hours later. After draining more battery, my daughter decided to ride it, and it seemed that it was charging properly, as the red light on the charging port turned. After riding a few more times, the battery suddenly died. It won't charge at all after that. I asked for a replacement after returning the order. There is an update. The replacement unit had a broken screen. I had to return it as well. I really wanted to like this scooter, but I am very disappointed with it.

The trails can be ripped up at speeds of up to 19 kmh. It's off-road ready right out of the gate with off-road tires, disc brake and a new gear ratio. Brand: Razor

👤I bought this for my son last year. We live in the country and have a long gravel driveway. He didn't play with it too much in the winter because it broke after the first summer. He only had six months of use. The Square Trade protection plan is only good for 90 days, so I am getting a refund on the purchase price.

👤My son wanted a hoverboard for Christmas, but he fell off of his cousin's, so this was the alternative. We haven't had any issues yet because he rides it to school from our property, across a small trail, and over to the school. He doesn't ride it on days when it's expected to be below freezing, but he does on days when it's above 32 and he rides it home in the afternoon. The wheels do well for where he needs to go and it keeps it's charge all day. It was quick and easy with our Prime membership. I would buy this product again.

👤My son waited a couple of weeks for it to arrive after he was excited when it arrived in the mail. He waited an additional day because he had to charge it for at least 12 hours out of the box. He said something was wrong with the front wheel when he started riding. The front bearing came off. The wheel could be dangerous if this happens. He was riding a scooter on a sidewalk. He was not doing jumps or anything crazy. He may be 75 pounds. I'm not sure what happened here. I contacted the phone number on the manual for Razor company and told them that they needed proof of purchase and the barcode number on the scooter. A replacement wheel would arrive in 2 weeks. I was pretty disappointed. The thing cost 265.00 dollars and it lasted just one run. What is the deal? While waiting for the new part to arrive, I figured out how to disassemble the front wheel and put the bearing back in place. I think there should be a spacer when there is a gap between the bearings on the inside of the wheel. I think they came out of nowhere. Maybe this was an error during manufacturing? The bearings had only one set of spacers on them. You have to deflate the tire before removing the wheel from the frame. You will have to remove the plastic rim/whee when the tire is deflated. You can gently hammer the bearings back into their sockets once this is done. I used a hammer and a wrench. It seems to be fine on a test run. We will see how it goes this weekend. A replacement wheel is on the way. My child still enjoys it. I was disappointed in the product, but it was fun for him. You would think they would make this more sturdy for the extra cost. This review is for a scooter.

👤It's pure crap! The battery wouldn't take good charges after a month of work. Kids loved it but it didn't last long. I'll never do it again. Extra protection by Asurion was a rip-off. I'm sure a lot of other things as well, and the plan doesn't cover out-of-box damage or batteries. Hate both and never buy them again.

10. Hover 1 Aviator Electric Folding Scooter

Hover 1 Aviator Electric Folding Scooter

Use the mineral brake oil. There is a built-in suspension. The 300W motor on the Hover-1 Aviator Electric Scooter is powerful enough to easily get up inclines of up to 10 degrees. The built-in suspension and solid tires give a smooth ride. The Aviator Electric Scooter has a 7-mile range and a top speed of 15 MPH. At 21 lbs. It is easy to carry around and fit in most car trunks. CRUISE CONTROL The in-built cruise control helps maintain a constant speed for a smooth ride. Pressing the throttle down two times will cause the cruise control to work. A long-lasting battery drives a high-powered motor to bolster a good speed and smooth ascent over inclines. The battery can fully charge in 5 hours or less, depending on the distance. A full display. You can see all of the controls on the scooter in one place with the display that shows a speedometer, power/function button, cruise control, and headlight icons. They take safety very seriously. The built-in reflectors ensure a safe ride in the dark. The scooter is stable and skid-free because of the disk brake and electronic throttle. The fun e-scooter is reliable and enjoyable for all. They recommend wearing proper safety gear at all times.

Brand: Hover-1

👤I used the scooter a little longer to make sure my decision to return was solid. I like riding this scooter and it looks stylish. The suspension is not very good on bumps. Again, it is the cheap scooter. I'm thinking of going back to get a more expensive scooter. I like the color. I would like to see more scooters with a variety of colors. If you have to go uphill and ride on different types of road, the scooter battery will give you a solid 4 miles. It makes barely 5 m/h when you ride uphill. The speed is on a small hill. I had to help push the scooter with my foot because of the bigger hill on the street. The beautiful scooter is only a toy, but it will not allow you to commute in the city. I got it to replace my car when I need to go to the grocery shopping or my work, but quickly realized that it won't be transportation. I bought the Mi365, which is more reliable and less pretty.

👤The brakes on the scooter went bad a month after I bought it, so they went under the 90 day warranty, and I had to cut wires from the motor and send pictures, and they would send me a new scooter. I bought a scooter with cut motor wires and no response from the manufacturer, so I am very disappointed in this purchase.

👤I received two scooters for Christmas after purchasing them in October 2020. My kids loved them and used them lightly. The scooter's throttle broke this weekend. I submit a ticket through the website and they write it off as out of warranty. I asked if they could help me figure out which parts I need to order. There was no response. I've called the number several times, no one answers. I've tried to find a place that will look at it and can fix it. I've searched for tips on how to fix the issue on the websites, but no luck. I have a piece of garbage that is very expensive. It would be great if the company gave some guidance to its customers instead of leaving them high and dry after the warranty period.

👤The unit failed. The scooter will run for a short time than the brakes will stop it and shut the display off. It will work again after about 10 minutes of sitting. It doesn't feel hot or warm.

👤I love this scooter. I've purchased other ones before, but nothing beats this one's quality... My daughter received it as a gift and she is obsessed with it. It has a smooth ride, and she can't get enough of it.

👤The first scooter I bought was fine until the first fall, the main cable harness was damaged, it was covered by thin plastic, and the first one was working fine until the first fall. The fall was due to the handle bars, you need to add lock tight to make sure kids can't ride without them. The second scooter had a problem with the front wheel locking up, so it had to be returned. I'm not sure if they're good because the scooter looks beautiful and my daughter liked it. I tried to purchase parts to fix the first one but there is no support for the second one. I'm not sure.

Brand: Razor

👤My daughter's 11th birthday is when I bought this scooter. At first glance, I thought, "Ugh." This is too small for her, she is about 90 lbs. She was too big on it. She took it for a test drive, and it had some get up and go. She loves this thing. I would not allow a child under 10 to ride this scooter independently around town as it gets up to 15 mph. We live in a town that is very hilly. There is not much riding. It works to get up big hills when I am 130 lbs. It makes it, but it is working hard. If I was riding it on a flatter path, it would be fine for me, but if you have a hilly terrain, you would be pushing its limits. The item is best suited for 10 - 13 year olds who weigh under 120 lbs.

👤I only had to change the battery's a few times because the first one lasted 10 years. Each day I ride to the beach and back for about a mile and a half. I am 75 years old. At my age, I could not care less about it, it is a great product at an amazing price. It was easy to put on the front wheel because it was delivered to my door. They have not invented any words to describe how pleased I am with your service. Jim Zinger is aCSP.

👤We love these scooters. It took my 6-year old a while to get used to it but now she is all over the place. I can ride this.

👤I was curious about why this item had been returned, I bought it after it had been returned. The installation of the steering bars on this little scooter is a bit tricky, unlike the installation of the steering bars on the motocross bike that I bought a couple of weeks ago. Don't give up! It takes less than 30 minutes to assemble the scooter. The steering pole should be removed from the bottom before it is put in, the red line on the pole may not be real, and the "Safe Zone" etching on the pole is not real. It's possible to change the screws holding the white panel in the entryway. This is not difficult. If I could do it, you can too.

👤Thank you Razor! It is possible to trick honest customers. Thescooter is heavy to return by the time you realize your mistake. The building process requires you to insert parts and feel around in the dark for a fit. I was barely under the weight limit, and was unable to reach a speed faster than I could walk, and came to a halt at the slightest uphill grade. My younger brother lost interest in the machine within a minute because it was so slow and was not interesting. This item, for a very high price, looked so grand, and then had a kid lose interest in it. Do you remember Awesome toys that had a chance of losing interest for hours? No chance. This is not good. It is difficult to tell when the item is charging or not, even when you change it many times, and it will always show the item as being out of charge even after you have unplugged it. I am sad that my childhood memories of Razor have been destroyed, and that no young ones will ever have the chance to build new ones.
