1. Razor E Prime Electric Scooter

Razor E Prime Electric Scooter

Works with Razor E300, E300S, E325, and E325S. The brake style is rear.

Brand: Razor

👤If the scooter started brisk for the majority of the battery, I would be happy with it. The top speed plummets when the battery is not completely full, and sometimes it doesn't feel like it's speeding up at all. You'd expect a good performance from my commute, which is 1.7 miles and mostly in a bike lane. The commute takes 15 minutes. The scooter is advertised as being able to maintain speeds up to 15 mph for up to 40 minutes of continuous use. " That doesn't match the experience I had. I was moving so slowly that it felt dangerous to be on the roads when I got to work. I had to jiggle the throttle to get it to maintain speed, or it would just slow down further. I'm not sure if it's a defect or not, but I'm very disappointed in it.

👤The scooter has been a disappointment since I bought it. I bought it to get me from home to the bus stop and then back again, about 3 1/2 miles each way. The battery does not last the whole ride, I have to kick in the last few minutes to replenish it. The electric brake on the handle bars won't stop the scooter in time. The hard way was the first day I rode it. There is a You will have to start pushing if you have to ride up any incline, I have an overpass to go over on my way to the bus stop. I would buy a kick scooter if I wanted one. There is a The "antirattle" is a knob that you tighten up to help lock the folding mechanism in place. I don't bother to tighten it anymore because it loosens as you ride. The ride is terrible. Even riding a bike in the bike lane feels unsafe because of the solid rubber wheels. The scooter feels unstable even if the surface is not damp. I've fallen several times because I've gone over a slick surface. I wore a helmet when I went one way and the scooter went the other. I was caught in a rain storm on the way home and it stopped working. It's not designed to be used in the rain. I was already on my way home so I didn't have a choice. It's only good for its weight, which is 10 lbs less than the last electric scooter I had, and how small it folds up, but neither are enough to make up for the other short comings. Unless your commute is less than a mile and over completely flat ground or you are buying this for a kid, don't waste your money.

👤If you live in Brooklyn. The road is not well made and will be very bumpy for this scooter. You can ride it on the main road, but you need to be aware of safety. The scooter can be bumpy. When I ride on the main road at night, I don't feel a problem. It is fast when there are no obstacles. The battery only lasts 40 minutes. There is a A person over 250 pounds should not ride this scooter. The steep hills are not very efficient. You have to give it a ride on foot.

2. Razor E300 Electric Scooter Blue

Razor E300 Electric Scooter Blue

Older riders are supported by larger pneumatic front and rear tires that are softer on rough surfaces for a smooth ride.

Brand: Razor

👤The Razor E300 is larger than the photos show. It's quite heavy. It says for children 13 years and older. This scooter is made to last, but the technology seems a bit dated. It has lead-acid batteries. It requires 12 hour battery charges, rather than the 2 hour charge for lithium. It is not the same as the advanced technology found in hoverboards. The throttle speed control is very crude. The charge was advertised and it seemed to work for about 40 minutes. The battery power could be affected by the cold weather.

👤Too heavy. It was big! Two of my friends died after being used. Its life expectancy is sad. Before buying, read the information. The two mine died in the middle of the street.

👤It is easy to assemble. It was a wise decision to get a more expensive one. She has two siblings who both tried it and so do her friends. It took Mom some time to stop cruising the neighborhood after she rode it the first night.

👤The tire popped a couple weeks ago when the boys rode it, it was not the fault of the manufacturer. When you go to the Razors site to replace the tire, you have to use the barcode on the side. It was found to be not a razor known product. I ordered a wheel from Amazon and hope it will work.

👤A Christmas present for our grandson. He outgrew the smaller version of the scooter and needed this one. He was very happy. He allowed his sister to ride it as well. This is a quality product. It should last forever.

👤This is the second one we've purchased. When we had to replace it, my son put in 3 miles a day and had over 600 miles on it. He enjoys riding it and gets back and forth quickly.

👤The daughter loves it. She is about 70 lbs. The charge lasts a long time. She followed me on my jogs. The rear tire has gone flat twice. I found a shop that fixes bikes. Each time includes labor. Lots of fun, other than that.

👤When the campground said we couldn't ride it, we sold it, because we had to go to the ER with a dog leash, because it was too heavy.

3. Razor Prime Air Electric Scooter

Razor Prime Air Electric Scooter

The battery of Sublue's underwater product is waterproof if it is setup correctly. Water gets in the battery compartment because it is not a sealed design. The battery would not be damaged by water in the compartment. The sleekest electric scooter by Razor pairs modern design and craftsmanship with the excitement and efficiency of their electric hub motor. Even the toughest terrain can be softened with a large 8” pneumatic front tire and 8” flat-free, airless rear tire. Cruise comfortably and safely with rear wheel drive. Patent-pending, compact, folding technology is used for a smooth, quiet ride. Patent-pending anti-rattle folding technology is included. The rear wheel drive has increased traction and control.

Brand: Razor

👤If you get one of the E Primes, just get the air. The air is smooth. The regular one is not fun on the roads. I couldn't find replacement tires. I like to ride the Air around campus on bike paths. It is fun, fast, and sturdy. I am not sure if I would ride in snow or rain. I ride along with bikers and other modes of transportation. I am faster. I fold down and carry with me. I am loving it.

👤I bought this scooter in August 2020 because the parking is terrible. I was able to use it for about a month and a half, and I rode it 3 times a week for about 4 miles. I never left it charging over night, never left it on for long periods of time, charged it regularly, and one day it wouldn't turn on and wouldn't charge. I looked online to figure out what I could do about it, but found that the batteries for this are not in stock and never have been. Absolutely, ever. I tried to buy one for a while, then called customer service and they said they would replace it for free. I was lucky! They said it would be sent at the end of April, after waiting for 2 months. It has been sitting in a closet for 7 months and I wasted almost $400 on it. Customer service for Razor is sub par and they don't care enough to stock replacement parts.

👤Have only had one day. I tried it for my granddaughter. I was happy with the quality of the scooter. I looked at the cheaper Razor's at Walmart. For a little bit more, this ePrime is leaps and bounds better. Well worth it. The internal hub motor and air filled front tire make it a nice package. The electric braking system is very smooth. You can feel the electric motor work in reverse if you push down on the red brake switch. It makes a nice efficient brake, which is better than I thought it would be. If you need to break the rear fender system, you need to use the emergency brake and cut off the motor if you still push the power button. I was worried that my granddaughter would have trouble slowing down. She rode the thing for over an hour, stops and starts up hills, and at the end it was still in the orange charge band. Excellent battery life. That's even with grandpa and mom taking it for a spin. I need one for myself. It is powerful enough for an adult to use and would be great for walking around the city.

👤I like this scooter. I use it for a short ride to and from my shop almost every day. It has not been an issue, but if you want to ride for more than 40 minutes straight, it comes up short.

👤I love the look of this scooter, it folds up! It died on the first use. We charged it for six hours and tried again, but it died in less than five minutes. The rider was less than 140 pds so it was not a weight issue.

4. Razor Power A2 Electric Scooter

Razor Power A2 Electric Scooter

Even more safety! Solid tires are good for indoors and outdoors on your kids' electric scooter bike. It has a chain drive and fully enclosed motor that is covered to prevent damage from road debris. The Razor Power A2 electric scooter has a kick-to-start, high-torque, hub motor, which provides the scooter with electric scooter action at speeds up to 10 mph (16 km/h) for up to 40 minutes of continuous use. The Power A2 has a patent-pending, anti-rattle folding mechanism that makes it easy to fold up and carry with you when you are on the go or safely store when you reach your destination. The in-hub electric motor is virtually maintenance free, with no alignment issues, chain or belt that can put your ride on the sidelines. The push-button throttle control provides an instant connection to the hub motor, which can propel the car to speeds up to 10 mph (16 km/h). Recommended for ages 8 and up.

Brand: Razor

👤My son cleaned peoples yards for this item. We had issues with it after almost two months. The parts that Razor sent us did not work. The scooter they replaced won't charge at all now that we have had it for a month. It is quite frustrating for a child to work so hard to buy an expensive item and it fails multiple times. The company is closed today for the holiday. This item is not worth the money and I expect a refund at this point.

👤I have had this scooter for a while. It works great if you are on a flat surface, I am 115 lbs. You need to scoot once there is a slight incline. The last 5 miles are on one full charge. Scooter doesn't work well in cold weather or rain. The scooter is light and foldable. Good luck if you need to brake a lot in a place where the brakes and front wheel don't work. If you don't need to brake often or have many hills, I would recommend.

👤My daughter loved it, it was Santa's gift for Christmas, the scooters are very quiet, compared to other models that "Santa" delivered in my neighborhood. It is easy to fold and assemble, it is quiet, light, strong frame and easy to assemble, I did not have any trouble to assemble it. My daughter fell in the first ride of her scooter and I recommend that you add a helmet and protective wear to the scooter.

👤My 10 year old loves it. Sometimes I hop on it myself. If the battery dies, you can still use it as a kick scooter.

👤My son used his birthday money to buy this. He did a lot of research and this was the best deal. He wished shipping was a little quicker, but he was able to watch it arrive from Amazon. He had it together and was on his way home that afternoon. Very happy.

👤Pros: easy to start, kick one and off you go. It is easy to fold and unfold. It is easy to carry. The scooter was great.

👤I got this for my wife because she loves it. Young children are not powerful enough to be safe.

👤I bought this scooter for my child. They use this scooter daily. It can handle smooth roads and areas that need to be paved. When the battery dies, you can use it as a normal scooter. The first scooter was great!

👤I'll update this once I've ridden the scooter for a while. A nice little scooter! I find 16 kph to be fast enough to connect to a bus or train. I have not seen a rattle so far, and folding and unfolding is easy. The deck is large enough for me to have both my feet on it. The motor works well, but not so fast that you'd be thrown off the scooter. The okay? You may have to push off two or three times to help the scooter along on the slight uphill sections. The not-so-good. The scooter vibrates strongly when on the sidewalk or road that isn't super smooth. Even with the slightly larger than rollerblade size wheels, you have to be careful with cracks and potholes, as they can be fatal if you fall.

5. Hover 1 Aviator Electric Folding Scooter

Hover 1 Aviator Electric Folding Scooter

Use the mineral brake oil. There is a built-in suspension. The 300W motor on the Hover-1 Aviator Electric Scooter is powerful enough to easily get up inclines of up to 10 degrees. The built-in suspension and solid tires give a smooth ride. The Aviator Electric Scooter has a 7-mile range and a top speed of 15 MPH. At 21 lbs. It is easy to carry around and fit in most car trunks. CRUISE CONTROL The in-built cruise control helps maintain a constant speed for a smooth ride. Pressing the throttle down two times will cause the cruise control to work. A long-lasting battery drives a high-powered motor to bolster a good speed and smooth ascent over inclines. The battery can fully charge in 5 hours or less, depending on the distance. A full display. You can see all of the controls on the scooter in one place with the display that shows a speedometer, power/function button, cruise control, and headlight icons. They take safety very seriously. The built-in reflectors ensure a safe ride in the dark. The scooter is stable and skid-free because of the disk brake and electronic throttle. The fun e-scooter is reliable and enjoyable for all. They recommend wearing proper safety gear at all times.

Brand: Hover-1

👤I used the scooter a little longer to make sure my decision to return was solid. I like riding this scooter and it looks stylish. The suspension is not very good on bumps. Again, it is the cheap scooter. I'm thinking of going back to get a more expensive scooter. I like the color. I would like to see more scooters with a variety of colors. If you have to go uphill and ride on different types of road, the scooter battery will give you a solid 4 miles. It makes barely 5 m/h when you ride uphill. The speed is on a small hill. I had to help push the scooter with my foot because of the bigger hill on the street. The beautiful scooter is only a toy, but it will not allow you to commute in the city. I got it to replace my car when I need to go to the grocery shopping or my work, but quickly realized that it won't be transportation. I bought the Mi365, which is more reliable and less pretty.

👤The brakes on the scooter went bad a month after I bought it, so they went under the 90 day warranty, and I had to cut wires from the motor and send pictures, and they would send me a new scooter. I bought a scooter with cut motor wires and no response from the manufacturer, so I am very disappointed in this purchase.

👤I received two scooters for Christmas after purchasing them in October 2020. My kids loved them and used them lightly. The scooter's throttle broke this weekend. I submit a ticket through the website and they write it off as out of warranty. I asked if they could help me figure out which parts I need to order. There was no response. I've called the number several times, no one answers. I've tried to find a place that will look at it and can fix it. I've searched for tips on how to fix the issue on the websites, but no luck. I have a piece of garbage that is very expensive. It would be great if the company gave some guidance to its customers instead of leaving them high and dry after the warranty period.

👤The unit failed. The scooter will run for a short time than the brakes will stop it and shut the display off. It will work again after about 10 minutes of sitting. It doesn't feel hot or warm.

👤I love this scooter. I've purchased other ones before, but nothing beats this one's quality... My daughter received it as a gift and she is obsessed with it. It has a smooth ride, and she can't get enough of it.

👤The first scooter I bought was fine until the first fall, the main cable harness was damaged, it was covered by thin plastic, and the first one was working fine until the first fall. The fall was due to the handle bars, you need to add lock tight to make sure kids can't ride without them. The second scooter had a problem with the front wheel locking up, so it had to be returned. I'm not sure if they're good because the scooter looks beautiful and my daughter liked it. I tried to purchase parts to fix the first one but there is no support for the second one. I'm not sure.

Brand: Geelife

👤This was a birthday gift for our daughter and she loved it. It is great. It glides smoothly, it feels durable and well made, and it arrived completely put together, a parents dream! It folds up so that I can keep it in our hall closet without taking a lot of space. It also had a strap that could be removed for carrying. My daughter is still riding this. It was a huge hit and I think it was worth all 5 stars. I have included a few photos to give a closer look at what to expect. Hope that helps!

👤The scooter is very well made. I can tell it's made with good material because of its solid weight. It is a perfect size for kids. It comes with a carrying belt which is exactly what I needed when carrying the scooter, it makes it much easier. I would definitely recommend this product.

👤My son is growing fast. He outgrew his scooter and can't ride a bike. The scooter arrived with a small, weird, broken hole. It is great for the price and hasn't affected usage.

👤Nice scooter. It is easy to setup and use. There is a little kick stand and a broken rear wheel. Also, has good balance.

👤My daughter loves this scooter. She loves having a faster mode of transportation on campus.

👤The recipient will love the scooter.

👤It was easy to put together. The price reflects the quality. There is always something wrong with it. If you want a long term scooter, you should spend more. This isn't worth the time or headaches. I have had to do it twice and the return policy is generous.

👤The handle came off as the person tried to adjust the height. The thumb screw on the scooter came off while it was being ridden. Don't buy what you think is good. You pay for what you get. My child only uses this for a short time.

7. Razor E200 Electric Scooter White

Razor E200 Electric Scooter White

Just about anyone can take a ride on the foot rest, which is adjusted to accommodate most heights. The E200 electric scooter is designed for ages 13 and up. The motor is powered by a 200 watt, high-torque, single-speed, chain-driven motor. Up to 40 minutes of continuous use is provided by the sealed lead-acid battery system. The frame and fork are all-steel for a sturdy ride. It is recommended for ages 13 and up.

Brand: Razor

👤The scooter is fun. My son wants the next one to be faster but he has fun with it. We bought it for his birthday. He is very lean for his age but still has a good weight range. I've driven it around a few times but I'm at the top end of the weight limit. It goes faster than you think. I told my husband that we needed to get some for everyone else. The packaging of the scooter box was open when we saw it, and the delivery guy didn't tell us we were all home. The box that the scooter came in was damaged when we opened it. The scooter didn't seem to have any damage.

👤I bought one for my grandson. I bought another one because his little sister is old enough to ride. There were no problems. They like the scooters.

👤We had some concerns about the size, wheel size, and battery life. It is difficult because pretend are in different sizes. They are too big for child size items but not enough for adult size items. This is perfect for preteens and teens. This thing has a crazy battery life. We love it. It works well. This is perfect for my doughty who is 11. She has a large shoe size for her age and the height is perfect. The larger wheels go over bumps perfectly. It goes in the grass.

👤Solid. There was no damage during shipping. There are two small scratches on the metal deck plate. I was only 25 pounds over the weight limit for my son, but I could tell they couldn't handle my weight on the parental test. You could feel a little bit of strain. This is just an update. People interested in this type of product need to read and follow instructions before using it.

👤The box and sledgehammer were damaged. We are hoping the new dishwasher is in good shape to give our son for Christmas. The quality of the replacement will be the basis for the review and ratings.

👤My son received this for Christmas. It arrived on my door in a box that had been beaten up. I hid it as my kids were getting off the bus. I did not want them to see it. He opened it on Christmas morning and it was badly scratched. He wanted to use it, so he didn't want to wait to return it. He loved using it after charging it. It is fast enough for him to enjoy it. I was disappointed that it looked used out of the box after spending so much money. I would have it if I could return it for a new one.

👤The chain tensioner broke on the first ride, but my son loves it. I had to wait until after the holiday to call the razor. I had to send a picture of the broken part as well as my Amazon receipt to the lady I spoke to. She said the warehouse is closed for a few more days so it won't ship until it reopens. It would take another 7 to 10 days after that. I ordered the part for $10 on Amazon because I wanted my son to use it sooner. It was installed fairly easy. If you go off a small bump, you may throw the chain or break the spring on the tensioner. Make sure the tires are inflated to the correct pressure. Maybe even more. The air pump's extender is in one of the handle bars. It is the only way to inflate the tires. The battery has lasted as long as we have used it, and it has been fun. If you go for a long ride, make sure you have a multi tool on you because you might need it to remove the chain guard if you throw a chain.

8. Razor Power Core Electric Scooter

Razor Power Core Electric Scooter

The control switch and bike horn are separated. You can put the control switch next to your thumb to keep your hand on the bar when you press it. It's important to keep it safe. The Razor Power Core in-wheel hub motor has a twist of the throttle. A kick-to-start, 100 watt, high- Torque hub motor with no alignment, chain or belt, for a maintenance-free ride, is powered by a kick-to-start, 100 watt, high- Torque hub motor. 50% more ride time is provided by the 24V (two 12V) sealed lead-acid battery system than the Razor E 100. The aluminum deck and all-steel frame and fork are rugged enough for use. Pneumatic front tire and airless, flat-free rear tire offer a smooth ride.

Brand: Razor

👤Our boys love the red and two blues that we bought for them. The battery lasts for a long time and can hold up to the rides that these boys go on. They are sturdy and worth the money. Assembly was good. If our boys ride these every day, it would probably take 6-7 days a week. Highly recommended!

👤I bought two razor electric scooters for my kids birthdays last summer, one for my sun and the other for my daughter, my sons worked for about a week and just stopped working, I called and they sent replacement parts for everything. It will not work. If the most recent part didn't fix the problem, they would send me a new scooter. I don't want the same scooter and have the same problems all over again, so I haven't called. Maybe it was just this scooter. I am not taking any chances on another one.

👤I gave this to my son for his birthday, and he loved it. It charges quickly. It's not difficult to figure it out. There are safety measures in place to prevent wrecks. It works well in hilly areas and is easy to maneuver. I recommend purchasing this product.

👤We bought one for my grandson. He loved it and rode it daily. Fast forward. I got a new one for my other grandson. No hand me down. The new one is a lemon. It's really bad. Didn't work right, had the wrong charge, etc. It was just a dud. We had a great one, so I gave two stars instead of one. I wish the consistency was there. You will have a happy child if you get a working one. If you get a faulty unit.

👤My son is a fan of XMas. He and his friends love them. They are so loud that I have only one complaint. We saw how quiet the ones sold by Costco were.

👤It is very easy to assemble. The motor must start if you get it going to about 3 mph. It would take off on you, so I think it is a safer thing.

👤It's good that the scooter has Torque, but the throttle may be a 100% on and off button. It is notnecesarily stable to ride in turns. We have a lot of electric toys, but this just doesn't make sense. This was not a good idea for my son as he was the first to ride a scooter. It's ok when you're at speed. I would have returned the scooter if my son had scratched it on his first try.

👤The speed goes from zero to 11 mph when it reaches 3mph. My son was on the scooter. I tried it and thought it might increase, but it starts at 11mph. I was about to fall backwards. The reset button kept tripping as this scooter was very dangerous. I am happy my son is okay and doesn't have to go to the emergency room on Christmas Day. I hope it gets recalled, because I returned it without spending another second on it. Terrible.

9. Razor Power Core Electric Scooter

Razor Power Core Electric Scooter

The weight for riders ages 8 and up is up to 220 pounds. The Power Core technology has a hub motor that can deliver up to 10 mph (16 km/h) with the push of the throttle. The battery can be used for up to 80 minutes of continuous use. Balance control and traction are better with rear-wheel drive. A lightweight frame and fork with flat-free, airless rear tire makes this a great ride. Additional features include retractable kickstand and front brake.

Brand: Razor

👤The customer service of the Razor company is the worst I have ever experienced. The customer service department is so rude that they are still in business. Santa gave me two Electric Razor Scooters for my twin boys. They were excited when we took them out for a spin on a Saturday after charging the battery. One of my boys crashed into a bench because the back wheel of his scooter detached and fell off while he was riding it in our neighborhood. There were many witnesses. He was banged up a lot. I had to put Band-Aids on his cuts when I ran over to help him. He said the back wheel popped off. The back wheel had no screws on it. I realized that they forgot to put the screws on the back wheel before they shipped it to us when I compared it with my other sons scooter. When we got home, there were no screws in the box. The instructions state that the scooter is assembled except for the handlebars and that you can assemble yourself. There was no mention of screws being added or tightened. This was a Saturday. The customer service department is closed on the weekend. When I called the 800 number, there was a recording that said they were closed for the weekend. I had to wait. I called them Monday morning. The first person I spoke with tried to transfer me to a supervisor because they felt it was urgent and they wanted to escalate it. I spoke to someone named Carl after calling back. I was transferred to a supervisor named Esmeralda. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. She didn't care about my sons injuries that were sustained from their DEFECTIVE product. She never apologized to me or offered any kind of compensation. I was told by Esmeralda to send her an email with pictures I had taken. I immediately sent her photos and a description of what happened. She didn't reply back to me. They kept telling me that she was at a meeting and that all the managers were having a party that week, but no one was available to take my call. I didn't hear from him for a week. The only reason I heard from her was by my 10th phone call. I spoke to someone named Joy. I told Joy that I wanted a different customer service manager. She apologized for my experience and left a note for someone else to call me back. I got an email from her. She came back from her holiday vacation a week ago. They wouldn't give me any kind of compensation for the damage done to my son, even though she said she would send me a refund. Santa gave him an electric scooter, but he was not able to use it. I hope the owner of the company contacts me. I've been in sales for a long time. I have had to deal with customers who are dissatisfied. I know that this is not the way to treat a frequent buyer of your product, who purchases helmets, protective gear and push scooters. My kids are very young and when I want to purchase products for them, I will steer away from the Razor brand and tell my friends and family to do the same. I will be posting this on my Facebook page and any other social media spot I can find. I advise you to train your people better or shut it down because you are going to get a class-action lawsuit and I will be happy to be a part of it.

10. Razor Power Core Electric Scooter

Razor Power Core Electric Scooter

Kids scooter grips are comfortable for small hands. Recommended for ages 8 and up.

Brand: Razor

👤You will need a 10mm wrench to adjust the breaks, but you can use the tools that came with the scooter. The first charge went well, no issues with battery or run time. The front tire gives a nice amount of cushion for the riders arms, but the rear tire gives very little after about 40 feet of riding. It works better on the lawn. The power button goes off after a minor bumped, in addition to the circuit breaker. If you live in a rural area, look for pneumatic tires for the front and back. The value is limited to sidwalks and bike paths.

👤The front wheel of the scooter will throw a child from the scooter if you don't save your money. Even with a child weighing 60 lbs, the fuse will blow every 5 seconds. This product is dangerous and not suitable for sale.

👤The scooter is easy to assemble and goes fast. After my son accidentally rolled in a puddle, I let it sit out for a while. Money well spent, a great purchase.

👤My child suddenly stopped riding when he got used to it. The serial number on the Razor site didn't exist, so I tried to order new parts there. I think this is a cheap Chinese imitation. Amazon is allowing people to sell things on their website. I bought two new batteries from Razor and they worked great for a week, but then it quit after every ride. It's not possible to afford batteries every two weeks.

👤The battery life is easy to set up.

👤My grandson is a big fan of the bike. The brakes are the only concern. He says he needs to pull hard on the handle to stop. Not sure if they can be loosened.

👤Works well! It seems to hold a charge. My son loves cruising around the neighborhood. It's a lot of fun to ride.

👤Great-grandson loves it! If the snow melted, he could ride it again.

👤The unit won't move after being charged for 24 hours. The wheel isn't powered because the throttle makes clicking sounds. I waited over a month and had manycanceled orders to finally get this unit which doesn't work. I think the others think this is a knock off. I saw the unit in the store and it was in a box. The scooter was in a brown box. Don't buy if you're warned. You may be left with a child who is not happy.

👤I was going to contact the seller, but they didn't have an option to do so. It worked perfectly before it broke.

👤The daughter loves it and turns really good.

👤After just 2 months of working, my wife called Razor and they came through with a new battery free of charge. Thank you Razor!

👤I bought it for my daughters, but they stopped working after about 2 months of moderate use. I would choose another brand. The rear wheel is made of hard plastic and makes a lot of noise. I wouldn't buy it. The costumer service doesn't answer to emails, phones, and online service requests. The money was wasted. I have never bought from this brand.

Brand: Hover-1

👤It seems like getting replacement wheels can be annoying, but I found a pin in my scooter and will not use it until I can patch the wheel in a few days. I wanted to stop using the bus to get around New York City so I bought this. The battery was able to last quite a while even though I was using the high speed mode, as I rode it a couple miles from where I live. You won't find anything better for the features. The wheels are smooth, the speaker is nice, but I am too timid to use it around a group of people, so probably when I am in a more secluded area. The lighting looks bad. If you want a scooter that feels good in the middle, and you can afford it, this might be the one for you. 3/24 was an update. I paid money for this product and I have better things to say than the Karens and Jens that got this for free, so it is quite funny. If you want a better scooter, you have to pay over 500 dollars. For the price, I really like this one. My only concern is how water resistant this is. I got stuck in a light rain shower while riding it and it didn't get damaged when I got home. It dried up very quickly.

👤The scooter was opened and assembled, and then it was charged up, and then it was taken for a few short flat ground rides. It's a pain to inflate because the valvestem is behind a plastic cover. I tried to take it on a mile long ride but it got stuck on the road and not the cruise control. It reached out to hover1 support and got an automated email. I wouldn't recommend this scooter to anyone.

👤Go really fast. The battery life is not what it was promised. A little over 3 miles. The item is worthless because it has a flat tire. Can't seem to find one. Company support is zero. If you ever think you need support, I wouldn't buy it. If I can find a replacement tire, it will probably run good again. Update support finally sent me a link to the tire tube. There are instructions on how to replace. It cost me $30 to have a motorcycle shop remove the tire from the rim, even though instructions were useful. I still think good scooter and bad support.

👤When I tried to ride it, there was a noise from the read wheel that sounded like the wheel was not moving freely, not sure if it was an issue while was shipping. I will return it because the battery loses a bar in less than half a mile on a flat road. I did a mile and a half and lost two bars. I hope Amazon can help.

👤The other reviews are the same as the Pros: comfortable, looks great, plenty of space for your feet, shoes grip nicely to board, yadda yadda. It is fun to ride there. We had to return after a week as the piece that clicks into the stick broke. This piece is very fragile. A simple replacement part might have done the trick, but did not want to take any chances with hover-1 customer service, which is terrible. I got this for my boyfriend for his birthday, he loves it, and he has been using it to travel 1.5-2 miles to his classes and back home, although if going up a hill, it does struggle. We were thinking of getting a Xiaomi but after a lot of research, I decided on this scooter, despite the lack of reviews. I took into account the Best Buy reviews, as they are all very positive. The feedback has been positive. The battery life was the only negative thing. I'm not a rider so I can't comment for myself, but my boyfriend has enough juice for the short distance requirements. It has a small laptop charger. People say the port location is awkward, but coming from someone who has never owned a scooter. I didn't think it was odd or annoying.
