👤The reviews should have been read. I chose this product over others. There are plastic black wheels in mine. The light feature was the reason I bought it. I wanted this in time for Christmas, but I was more interested in the other one. It was a big mistake. I haven't put it together yet, but reading other reviews seems like it might be difficult to steer it and the plastic wheels might not work correctly. I am so disappointed. I was going to give this to my son.
👤We got these because our kids don't like riding on toys that are too small. The wheels are too big and it's hard to scoot. We took the seat off and they have tried using a scooter, which is 2.5, but it will take a few tries for them to get used to it.
👤Tools included! I didn't know it had light. Thank you for the great product and delivery before the promised date.
👤We bought this for our nephew. We put it together, so my BIL didn't have to do any more. It took my husband less than 30 minutes to put it together. My sons loved it and tested it out in the house. Since they light up, the wheels were a huge hit. My nephew loved it and kept riding it around the house.
👤Scooter broke in half within 3 months and only 2 toddlers rode it. It's outside of the time to return it for a refund. It was easy to assemble, that's the good thing. Don't waste your money.
👤You have to disassemble the seat and put it back together in order to take it. If I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it, I would. I think it's not worth it. Every time he touches it, he gets frustrated. We thought it would be cool if we didn't have to disassemble it every time you wanted to look at it.
👤My 3 year old loves the scooter. The wheels have lights on them. There is a I owe cheap ones from ebay and the common blue Yvolution Y Glider, but this one is better. 5stars is recommended for small kids up to 6 years old. Getting too big for it.
👤This is a cool idea, but you have to take it off every single time, and you can't just fold it up and down. You can't fold this up to fit in a car. I got this for my 6 year old for his birthday and he seems to love it. The piece that you are standing on is made of plastic.
The Ninebot S is durable and sturdy. If you have a problem, please contact them at technicalsupport@segway. A soft padded seat and wide bamboo deck make for a comfortable ride. SMOOTH HANDLING is provided by air-filled 16" tires. The hand brake and hand throttle are comfortable. The luggage rack and basket can be used to tote your groceries, books, or bags. A 500- watt, chain-driven motor has a max speed of 29 km/h and a range of up to 19 km. The rear-wheel drive shifts weight to the rear, enhancing both drive traction and ease of steering.
👤The battery died in 85 days and was found out of the 90-day return window. No one followed up. Oh, Ah!
👤I was not sure what to expect. I've seen many reviews of videos on the internet. The weight is my only critique. It is heavy. If you have to carry it up the stairs every time you use it, I don't recommend it. The parts are readily available from local bike shops. They are standard bike parts. Powerful enough for most use. It's fast enough to get around the city streets. The top speed is 18mph. On a good day, 21mph on a level street is very heavy. It's about 80 lbs. I wish the range was longer. You can get around 10 miles average range for this E scooter, but it takes longer to charge than you would like. Don't trust it most of the time. Did I mention it is heavy? I strongly recommend this scooter. It is not the best looking or the fastest, but it does get the job done. I plan to upgrade the battery to lithium in the near future. It will add more range, less weight, and faster top speed. I hope this review helps you. Have fun!
👤I learned a lesson when I didn't read reviews. Everything seemed to be fine when the product arrived. We put the gift together so the kids could play with it. Everything worked well after we followed all the directions. We plugged it in when it was done. The scooter didn't respond when we went to ride it two days later. We plugged the charge in correctly and charged it up again. Nothing. We had to repack the heavy scooter and exchange it for a lighter one. This is something that happens often and the only thing that was offered was a refund. We were told to take it to a store that would ship it. No way that was happening. The box is large. They agreed to have the delivery company pick it up. We received our money. I wouldn't want someone else to go through the same thing. I want you to understand the risk before you buy.
👤72 years old and learning new things. This razor is what I needed for taking along with me when I go camping or just getting around my neighborhood. I'm about 142 pounds. The one thing that caught me by surprise was the speed at which it accelerated when first taking off, as this razor has a lot of power, so it's important to keep the knob on the handle slow. We camp a lot and find our old legs can't power a regular bike with many gears. The razor has made a huge difference in that regard, and we turn heads when we answer questions about its cost and power. The weight is a big deal for us as we have to load and unload. The Ford Explorer is perfect for the Razor. The Razor doesn't fit in the back of the Honda CRV we tried to fit it in. The two Allen screws that hold the handle bar on help the Razor to fit better in the back of our explorer and gives us more room to fit another bike in with the Razor for travel. The Razor isn't light in weight so it's heavy to carry. It takes two people to do this task. We saved for a second one for my husband because we were so happy with the Razor. Before I bought this Razor, I had to read every review and it came out ahead in power, cost and reliability. The extra two year warranty was a personal choice for me. I received my Razor on July 5th after purchasing it on July 1st. I waited until now to give it a review because I wanted to make sure my review was based on more time used than other reviews I've read. I was very excited to ride my new Razor. I took my first ride after charging it for three hours. I was sold. All my neighbors had questions about it. I was very proud to answer all of them. My Dad gave it a try. He is 5'10 and 170 lbs. We didn't adjust the seat or bar height for him. The razor pulled him with ease and he had no problem with it. When I climbed the small hills around camp, my indicator light showed me a low battery, but I went back to show him a good charge after the road straightened out. After that charge, I gave that Ohio hill another try and this time it was perfect. I put the trash in the basket on the back and take it to the dumpster. I keep my cell phone there as well. The roads in the campgrounds have been paved. One of our side streets was being resurfaced. I challenged the scooter to those bumpy road tests and it was still great, a tad bumpy but good. The wide tires and nice seat made a big difference for me. Everyone wants to know how fast it will go. It was fast enough for me. A lot of quality is found in this scooter. The directions indicate easy assembly. Hope this helps.
The front braking style is used. The high quality cushion saddle seat provides excellent comfort, it is soft and supple, and has a widened design that makes riding comfortable and enjoyable. The Cushion saddle and dual shock absorbing balls are two-way shock absorption designs. The Segway kick scooter saddle seat has high resilience and shock absorption to provide higher level of comfortability. Seat height can be adjusted. The add-on seat of the Segway can be adjusted. It is 8 inches to fit for various heights and ages of riders. The Segway add-on saddle seat is easy to install and remove. It is easy to detach the Segway Kick ScooterES1/ES2/ES3/ES4 decks. The add-on saddle seat is designed for long distance Kick Scooter use and works with all Segway Kick Scooters.
👤Day 1 review. Feels good. The seat is not very comfortable. I would give the seat a 3.5 out of 5. I have a few gripes. 1. Raising and lowering the seat are easy. You have to fight to get it to move. I rubbed a little bit of car wax around the plastic piece which helped it a bit, but it still isn't very smooth. 2. There is a major design flaw. If you use the external battery, the scooter will not fold. What a huge mistake. 3. I don't like the way it's designed to attach to the scooter. It's not made to detach on the fly because it uses 4 screws. It would have been nice to have a way to quickly get it on and off. I don't feel like sitting but I'm too lazy to take the seat off because the screws perform their function well. I just leave it on. I came up with a quick fix for the battery not closing. I extended the hook so it could close. I'll probably use a longer screw to give my battery more clearance. The fix cost $9 for the screws, nuts, and a wrench. It seems like a hook with a longer extended base would be an easy thing to include with this seat, or at least to offer as a small purchase.
👤The seat post keeps slipping until I'm low riding, I weigh 200 lbs. I assumed my weight was the problem. I have to use a hammer and a bar to set the bar so I don't accidentally release it. It needs a bolt through the receiver. I bought 2 of them for our scooters. My wife is 100 lbs. Same issue. The pros are 1. There are ingenious hardware mounts. 2. The color was matched. 3. It is easy to assemble. Cons 1. Poor instructions. 2. You feel like you're sitting on an antenna because of the flimsy tube. 3. There was no access to the rear brake. 4. On an ES4 top speed, less control is dangerous. 5. Pricey. 6. The seat height is adjusted constantly. Hard no on this one. I wish I hadn't bought them.
👤I was worried about the seat falling because of other reviews, but it's all about tightening it correctly. It can start riding down, but only if you tighten the screw a bit. It will be impossible to push down if it is tightened all the way. You have to tighten it to the point where it is hard to push the bar in. You have done it right if it takes all your strength. The fact that you have to use a lot of strength to properly grab this is problematic. Don't be afraid, it does work and doesn't ride down. Also, make sure you memorize the instructions, because I uninstall and reinstalled months later and forgot a step, so make sure you keep those nearby. I did some damage to it. I put a small dent in it, but not enough to break it or make it useless. I could have ruined it if I had done more damage. It is a great addition to the scooter. When you can't eat in a restaurant, you have a portable seat with you. It's great for waiting outside for food or services. I have eaten ice cream in the heat. I have a seat when stopped at red lights. I sit the entire ride sometimes. It's great. It adds a lot of weight to the scooter. I removed it permanently and reinstalled it once my girlfriend decided to use it in the future. It made riding the scooter much easier, and I enjoyed it. Before ordering it, make sure you think about the issues. You should not buy this if you need to fold and carry your scooter frequently. If your scooter is in your trunk or RV and you are just relaxing with it and using it in a relatively safe area, then you should buy it.

👤The controller for this scooter has a known defect that I found out about after receiving mine, but is well documented online if you do a bit of digging. If you go over 13mph with either the electric brake or the motor regeneration you can cause a short in the control board. I've owned a few different e-scooters and ridden them all over Seattle as a last mile mode of transportation, but I panicked when I hit the electric brake on my scooter and it shut down. It's only a matter of time before someone steps off a curb without looking or a car pulls out in front of you, if the brakes on the e-scooter don't work. I don't recommend anyone buys this scooter from the company or on Amazon.
👤I wanted to see if I could approach it from a long term perspective, so I waited as long as I could. The scooter has been a great mode of transportation for me in Downtown Dallas. It folds up under the train seat and stays out of the way of other passengers. I had no problems for the first nine months. I looked around online to see if there were ways to clear the Code 21 that I got about 6 weeks ago. I had to reach out to the tech support group at Segway's site. Some of the negative reviews came from here. Sending an email is the only way to get in touch with tech support. It took a long time to get a reply. They work the requests according to the order they are received. It took tech support 2 weeks to get me some solutions. That was a disappointment. However... Tech support responded with ways to clear the code. The solutions didn't work, but they got back to me the next day. They stay on top of the support ticket once it's worked. I was transferred from tech support to Segway customer service when we decided the solutions did not work. Since it's still under warranty, I immediately sent it in for service with a pre-paid shipping label. They gave me a time frame as to how long it would take and sent me an email as soon as it arrived. It took 14 days for me to get the scooter back. There was a memo about what was done to fix the scooter inside the box. The process from when I had issues until it was fixed and back in my possession took about four weeks. This would have been expedited if the tech support was not a problem. It's not a deal breaker for me because this is not my only source of transportation. If you expect someone to reply to you right away, you will be disappointed, but they will get back to you. These scooters are very popular. I'm pretty sure there's a big demand for tech support. The scooter has lasted a lot longer than I anticipated. I had issues with it, but they were resolved. The service was top notch despite the lag time with tech support.

👤The design is simple and fast. There is a The price of shipping to Hawaii was fair. It took about 3 weeks for me to arrive.
When you want to fold, please press the button first and then pull it, it will take up only a small space. It's convenient to store it at home or in the trunk. A 2-in-1 gift that challenges traditional scooting in a way makes more fun for kids. The foldable seat makes it possible for kids to take a rest on the scooter after riding it. It's up to your kids to sit or stand on the scooter. Tools and assembly are not needed to start. Go to the scooter box and fold up the handbar. It would be a great way to improve balance and coordination. The music button on the wide standing board will make it easier for your children to do more exercise with the scooter. You and your kids can decide if you want to put the basket and windmill on the scooter. The accessories would make scooting more fun. All colors are packaged in a blue scooter image box, but the right scooter is in the box. Don't worry, you will receive the correct item. They will update it in the future.
👤My daughter is not 3 years old yet. The seat and handlebars give my daughter great support. She doesn't need a lot of training to get started. The technology to make turns is different from balance bikes and traditional scooters. She loves the bright red color and all the accessories that come with the scooter. It's a great gift for young kids.
👤My brother was supposed to send the picture to me but he hasn't done it. My niece was very excited to receive this. It was easy to put together. When a quick break is needed, the seat is used. The scooter glides well and the wheels light up. It was a plus to wrap it and surprise the kids. Highly recommended! I will post more pictures when I get them.
👤It is a foldable scooter with seats. You don't need to assemble it. Isn't that great? You can unfold it and adjust the seat and handler to fit your child. I have two kids, one is 3.5 years old and the other is 1.5 years old. The scooter has lights in its three wheels and they don't need batteries. It is pretty at night. There is a button on the riding board, it needs a battery to play music and lights on the board. I think the music is a little bit louder and the volume can't be adjusted. My two babies like it.
👤Our kids love playing on the scooter, but they always fight over who gets to play on the scooter, so it's easy to adjust the height to accommodate them. The blue/aqua color is appealing to both our boys and girls. A good gift idea for Christmas.
👤My son loves the scooter. There is a seat that comes down and the lights are fun. The music is good. The material is sturdy and works well. One of our headlights was out, but the other side was great, with no volume control on the music.
👤My toddler received this gift. It arrived really fast. I was happy when I opened it because it was pre-assembled. I hate assembling. Only a few accessories are required to install. A hit for my toddler, the battery operated with music and light. She can grow with it because it is from 2-12 years old.
👤It was easy to set up for my 2yo. I hope he enjoys it for a while. The seat was easy for my kid to use. He was a big fan of the lights and pushed himself around the house.
👤The seating and standing features of this scooter make it easier for kids to adjust it. Things are easier if there is no assembly required. The turn can be difficult, but my kid and I love the product.
Lean-to-Steer Technology makes it the most stable and safe Scooter. TheSmooth Ride is a toy that expands motor skills and imagination by taking a smooth ride. Light-up wheels provide fun and excitement for your toddler. It can help protect the safety of children in low-light environments. 2in1 function scooter, no screwdriver needed, andVersatile Adjustments and Removable flipped-out seat. The seat could be flipped if the kid stood up. The handlebar has height adjustments for different ages. When you want to fold, please press the button first and then pull it, it will take up only a small space. It's convenient to store it at home or in the trunk.
👤The scooter is very good. My child is a 4 year old and he rides his scooters very hard at the skate park. He loves to do tricks, but it is sometimes hard to do them on scooters with 3 wheels as they are a bit heavier than the rider. The lightest weight scooter we have owned so far is this one. I will not buy a one that doesn't fold down. This way makes transportation very easy. Getting the scooter open is more difficult than closing it. I almost thought I wouldn't be able to do it myself, but I got it after some practice. I just couldn't get it down for whatever reason. My son's dad thought it was easy for him to do it. It seems like it is harder to open and close it than other push buttons we have owned, but it does work and it tries to do the job so I won't complain. He has been riding it for a week now and has been doing many tricks on it, going to high speeds down hills on the skate park, and it is holding up. I am very happy with the purchase.
👤I received a scooter today and I loved it! It was easy to set up the seat. The quality was built to last. Other sellers are selling cheap plastic. My child loved riding it. I will buy another one.
👤When you don't have to do much for the toy to be ready, it's a joy.
👤Grandson loves it! It is the first scooter. The little seat is great.
👤It is stable and good quality. The child likes it. A child could step on it. I love it!
👤My grandson is a fan of his scooter. The drop down seat is a great feature. Great colors.
👤Sper bella, la recomiendo.
👤The folding seat is excellent and the scooter is great. Would purchase again and recommend.
It is possible to adjust the height. The handlebars are designed to accommodate most heights. This makes riding with comfort and ease easier. The electric-powered Fun has a maximum speed of up to 24 km/h and a ride time of up to 40 minutes on a single battery charge. The dual kickstand and secret storage compartment under the seat make it easy to carry your essentials with you. Pick the shade that best suits your vibe and personalize your ride with many color variations.
👤My daughter's 11th birthday is when I bought this scooter. At first glance, I thought, "Ugh." This is too small for her, she is about 90 lbs. She was too big on it. She took it for a test drive, and it had some get up and go. She loves this thing. I would not allow a child under 10 to ride this scooter independently around town as it gets up to 15 mph. We live in a town that is very hilly. There is not much riding. It works to get up big hills when I am 130 lbs. It makes it, but it is working hard. If I was riding it on a flatter path, it would be fine for me, but if you have a hilly terrain, you would be pushing its limits. The item is best suited for 10 - 13 year olds who weigh under 120 lbs.
👤I only had to change the battery's a few times because the first one lasted 10 years. Each day I ride to the beach and back for about a mile and a half. I am 75 years old. At my age, I could not care less about it, it is a great product at an amazing price. It was easy to put on the front wheel because it was delivered to my door. They have not invented any words to describe how pleased I am with your service. Jim Zinger is aCSP.
👤We love these scooters. It took my 6-year old a while to get used to it but now she is all over the place. I can ride this.
👤I was curious about why this item had been returned, I bought it after it had been returned. The installation of the steering bars on this little scooter is a bit tricky, unlike the installation of the steering bars on the motocross bike that I bought a couple of weeks ago. Don't give up! It takes less than 30 minutes to assemble the scooter. The steering pole should be removed from the bottom before it is put in, the red line on the pole may not be real, and the "Safe Zone" etching on the pole is not real. It's possible to change the screws holding the white panel in the entryway. This is not difficult. If I could do it, you can too.
👤Thank you Razor! It is possible to trick honest customers. Thescooter is heavy to return by the time you realize your mistake. The building process requires you to insert parts and feel around in the dark for a fit. I was barely under the weight limit, and was unable to reach a speed faster than I could walk, and came to a halt at the slightest uphill grade. My younger brother lost interest in the machine within a minute because it was so slow and was not interesting. This item, for a very high price, looked so grand, and then had a kid lose interest in it. Do you remember Awesome toys that had a chance of losing interest for hours? No chance. This is not good. It is difficult to tell when the item is charging or not, even when you change it many times, and it will always show the item as being out of charge even after you have unplugged it. I am sad that my childhood memories of Razor have been destroyed, and that no young ones will ever have the chance to build new ones.
Pick the shade that best suits your vibe and personalize your ride with many color variations. The Power Core technology has a hub motor that can deliver up to 10 mph (16 km/h) with the push of the throttle. The battery can be used for up to 80 minutes of continuous use. Balance control and traction are better with rear-wheel drive. A lightweight frame and fork with flat-free, airless rear tire makes this a great ride. Additional features include retractable kickstand and front brake.
👤This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She was excited to take it for a spin. She rode it a few times a week until the motor made a horrible noise. I took apart the hub motor assembly and found a problem. There are 3 gears that transfer the rotation of the electric motor to the back wheel of the scooter. They are made of plastic. The hub assembly had bits of the teeth floating in it. I have searched for Razor parts on Amazon, eBay, tinker toy sites, robot-building sites, and no luck. The scooter is useless because of the nylon gears. I don't have high hopes for metal replacements. It is a shame. I think I could just remove the motor and she could use it as a kick-only scooter. I thought this product would last longer than a few months.
👤I bought this for my daughter two Christmas' ago and she uses it to get to school. She gets an hour of continuous use every day that she charges it. The build quality is good and the scooter is reliable so far. I would stick with the Razor brand for future purchases if they continued to make bigger scooters for my daughter.
👤A Christmas gift for a young person. It goes fast. I would like to slow it down until she gets used to it.
👤Couldn't wait to get this for my daughter. When you get it, make sure you charge it overnight. It will be ready to leave. It's very easy to put together and make sure your child knows to kick start first and hold onto the green button that's the throttle. It definitely has a kick to it. It get up and go. It's funny. Enjoy.
👤I got this for my daughter's 11th birthday and it was a last minute purchase, but I got it early and it was delivered before her birthday. This thing is fast and can do donuts if you push the button like a warp speed. The Awesome Little Scooter is for ages 10 and up.
👤The first red flag was that it came in a non description box, and another came in a very different retail box. The front wheel didn't spin after we assembled. The wheel frame was bent after we reviewed it. Will try to get it replaced. We can get this resolved with an update review. We have a sad 9 year old.
👤I bought this for my daughter because her brother had one. When we bought him at walmart, I thought they were the same scooter, but when he got it, it looked different and the chargers were different. I tested it before giving it to her. The thing has a good start. You have to push the button on the handle bars like a regular scooter and it will take off quickly. The scooter will leave you behind if you don't hold on tight. After a few days of practice, she got the hang of it. It is quicker than the one I bought for my son.
Caroma quick reply within 24 hours. There are parts warehouses in the US. Make after-sales service more efficient. A chain-driven motor and a twist-grip throttle are included. The product weight is 52 lbs. A long lasting 24V Seal battery system. Even if the light turns green, the recharged time is up to 12 hours. The maximum time for charging is 24 hours. Up to 40 minutes of continuous ride time. Depending on riding conditions, climate and/or proper maintenance, run time may vary. The rear wheel drive has increased traction and control.
👤The Razor 300e does go 15 mph and climbs hills, but I felt that variable speeds would be safer. I felt unsafe after every ride because the handle bars needed to be tightened. I felt safe because it is very sturdy. I returned the scooter and ordered one with speeds. It was difficult to load the scooter in and out of my car. I hope my second choice is better than my first as it is an enjoyable thing to do at my age. I enjoy riding with my kids.
👤The battery lasts forever when this goes fast. It is a lot of fun for our family.
👤I bought it as a mobility aid. The scooter is on the ground. There are too many inclines in my town. The battery died after less than half a mile. I was worried that I would have to walk with the scooter. I found a reset button and the battery was not dead. The battery can turn off.
👤We opened it two days before Christmas, so we got this for 10 years old. 1. It needs to be charged for at least 12 hours. 2. It had a flat tire. The tube inside had a big hole. I am looking for a tube with an L shaped gage on xmas eve. After running all around, I finally found one. I didn't need to spend an extra 20 dollars. My kid loves it, it's fast and sturdy.
👤My son will be able to get around town with this item. We are the first chain after adding an additional basket on the front. He likes it.
👤It is either full speed or not. I am pulling a cart and it is powerful.

The power slide has innovative construction and 3-D steering that allow riders to lean into the curves. The hub motor has a high Torque, Direct-drive, and is capable of drifting at speeds up to 9 mph (14 km/h) for up to 40 minutes of continuous use. A steel frame supports an airless front tire and dual-inclined, urethane, caster rear wheels for drifting and spinning. There is a battery pack and a battery charger in this package. This is a one-of-a-kind, thrill pumping, power-sliding ride.
👤I am so shocked. I am 51 years old. I bought this razor for my granddaughter. My bby is heavy. The bandage is the relic. I bought this for my bby motor skills. She leaned to ride. The razor has to be shut off. I told my age to let you know I ride this razor as well. Check out my video, I fell out.
👤I bought this for my kids for Christmas. I was surprised by the battery life. My kids use them for almost an hour and a half, but they only last 40 minutes online. I think they aren't always speeding, so that's probably why, but I'm still happy with them. I tried it out and it held me and I'm 200 lbs. If they made these for adults, I would buy them for my wife and I.
👤My granddaughters love it and have fun every day.
👤We purchased this for our 8 year old son and began to put it together today; my initial instinct was that this was a returned item but we didn't want to hurt my son; unfortunately that is exactly what we received. Everything on the Drifter seemed easy to put together until we got to the seat. When I went to assemble the seat, I noticed there was some stress on it, but I didn't want to hurt my son. I should have known that was a red flag. The pieces that were supposed to snap together did not, and that's why the original stress fractures were there. I had to come back and hopefully get a replacement. I'm hoping this is a one-off situation and that the next one will work better. We received the replacement Drifter. The seat was not stressed and this one was definitely better. We were able to make the seat work with a little maneuvering, despite it being very difficult to snap together. My son loves playing with it and still likes it, but it isn't his first ride. He definitely gets enjoyment out of it.
👤It was more than a 20 minute job to put the scooter together, and several steps had to be pulled apart and re-done because we didn't get them correct the first time, but my kids love this scooter. He was a 9th birthday present and he is about 90 pounds. My older daughter is about 5 feet tall and she doesn't seem to bother her at all. We have had no problems with the battery life, it runs for close to an hour multiple times a day since we got it. 45 minutes seems like a long time to ride a scooter to a destination, and my kids can only drift in circles in the driveway. If your kid is cautious, they might not use this to its full potential, but I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Highly recommended.
👤This is good for the first couple. The battery life is not good after that. It is fun at first. My son never uses it.
